This place was horrible. I have been the manager in fast food and never seen anything like this. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered almost seventy dollars worth of food. I asked for a family pack along with two boxes.They went to tell me they were out of beef, and they had enough for all except the last box, so I said ok that’s fine can we do chicken or something and they said it would be extra. I’m not sure why that would be extra when it was there fault they should have had what was on the menu. But I’m chill so I said ok can we do the fry’s instead. They said yes, so I get my food go to the gas station I’m checking the food there is like a bite of beef on the tacos. Everything is wrapped horrible with half the food hanging out. I go back to the store and I ask to have my food made again or my money back and the lady tells me no so I asked for a manager she said I am the manager so I asked to speak with this store manager she said she called him and he didn’t answer and then she said he did answer and that she could not make my food or give me a refund, so then she says you can bring your Feedback tomorrow and talk to him if you would like me and said the food had already fell out of the bottom of the bag when I picked it up I’m asking her if there’s anything she can do that I’m buying that for my children and my parents and I really don’t want them to eat that and I only spent $68 so she said no ask again well hell can I just buy something else and she said no I never raise my voice. I never cussed at her so I said I will sit here until you do and she said if you don’t need it, I wanna call the police, so I said OK call them and you have corporate number and she said no I don’t so a few minutes later the police show up explain to them what happened they go inside and talk to her come back out police officer said that he spoke with a General manager over the phone and that he didn’t want me back at the store so if I go back, I can get charged with trespassing for doing nothing but the right thing to do when you’re not gay what you paid for I never asked for anything for free. I was never really rude which is odd, but that is the worst restaurant. I will never go there again. They were horrible and she was a manager. Wow , so as you go to Stone Drive, I called them immediately after very nice people.This was the most embarrassing sad and shocking experience I have ever had. Tonight was the breaking point when I ordered offline from their website. It double charged my bank account and I told the ladies working there, I even showed them my bank account transactions so they could see, which they did. They said that my name never came through their system even though it was the right location. They told me that they would give me the corporate number to call because they could not do anything even though it’s through their website. The manager went into the back to hide when the heavy set blonde lady came up and told me that they couldn’t find their own number. I was upset and told them I was double charged and now being refused food. I called a relative to explain the situation while they were finding the number. The heavy set lady was who incredibly rude said that I needed to stop being disrespectful or I could leave and kept staring at me and following my every movement around the store. Anything I said was not disrespectful and only repeating the exact words they told me to my relative. I eventually got corporates number and they’re, not so surprisingly, closed. I am now double charged for an order, never received any food, and now cannot get access to someone who could help. On top of this, the lady kept checking the parking lot for me when I went to my car and talking loudly to her coworkers about me. She came up to my car to give me the number, which I did not appreciate someone coming up to the car. It turned out it was the same number if you Google “Taco Bell corporate”, which they could have easily done but instead the manager hid in the back and the heavy set blonde lady kept being insanely rude. Read moreAlright, so to start off with the basics. This used to be my favorite place to eat. The employees were always on top of things and so was management. Recently, in the past year or so, I've noticed things going very downhill. Maybe it's the covid after effect, or maybe just new management, I'm not sure which, but things have most definitely went down drastically. Tonight, around 7pm, me and my mother went to go get Taco Bell after biking for a few hours. We wanted something easy to eat and nutritious. So we obviously went for the power bowls. I got mine with steak, my mom got hers with chicken. Everything was fine except when I received our order, the power bowls have went down in size drastically, barely any condiments, and less meat. On top of that, we had a lot of uncooked rice in our order. We complained to an employee, they apologized, and explained the situation. So basically someone had scrapped the bottom of whatever they cook their rice in and it was burnt and uncooked. All I'm saying is that whoever runs this franchise, definitely needs to put some work into who they hire and who works in what area of the store. Because uncooked rice is definitely a red flag on who's cooking it. I will be back though in hopes of getting a better order. I'll update later.
