I tell you what I don't write reviews I believe in giving everybody the benefit of a doubt, but ! They claim that they do jewelry repair and they send it out to So called repairman , I use repairman very loosely. I say okay fine, I dropped my necklace off that's never been repaired before, by anybody never it's been on my neck for 30 years. they send it out for repair they give it back to me.month and a half later it falls apart .again I bring it back to them they give it to their guy to fix it their guy claims he didn't fix it and somebody else did because it's not his work. I find to be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of Nobody has ever worked on my necklace or fix my necklace before except for these people now whomever there third party guy is that they sent out to do not bring your jewelry to this place to fix your jewelry they do not stand behind it they fixed it somebody fixed it they give it back to you it breaks you give it back to them and they claim they didn't fix it somebody else must have I am with it do not go to this...

This shop is one of the best around. I normally stop by almost everyday I wouldn't go to anyone else. The prices are great but you really can't beat them period if you have any gold or silver of any kind don't matter what it is I guarantee you that you'll walk out with a smile on your face because of the great deal you'll get for it I don't know of any other place that I wouldn't recommend anybody to other than Kingsport Coin and Jewelry. I'm glad this shop has opened up here in kingsport. Hands down this is the best shop in town. This place is Awesome and the owner Bill is the real deal. I went in armed with very little knowledge and some Google info on some coins I had received from my dad. Bill was very friendly, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. He took all the time I needed answering questions about the items I had and even took the time to show me some things on the internet that were solid information.
