I got a washer and dryer from them back in 2007 and had great customer service. HOWEVER I just recently got a new washer dryer on June 1 2023, however, my customer experience didn't go the same as previously am a member of the Arrons club, and with that comes members benefits such as discounts at other stores locally and work/disability insurance.
I went out on medical leave unexpectedly in July and Arrons still made my regular payments. On August 16th I called tell them I was going to be late on payments this week and the arron employee said i could use Arrons club. So she filed the claim over the phone and said someone will call me and I'd receive and email with the papered that needs filled out. I never got a call or email. Here's why. When she filled the claim she didn't put my email in she used a different email address that isn't mine. Found that out when Arrons corporate customer care called me i did get a call. Meanwhile I was waiting for the claim info my local Arrons called me 4 times one from the GM and 3 from a man named Angel. I told him about the arrons claim that was pending. And he said: I needed to pay 100.00 then I'd be able to file the claim through Arrons club i said okay I'd be able to do that on September 15th. He said okay but shredded that this is a new account and I shouldn't be late on payments. He hangs up. He calls me back 30 minutes later and again scolds me about the account being a new account and I need to pay 160.00 now. I said okay but not till September 15th when I get disability pay. He said ok and will mote the file. On September 18th he calls me back yelling at me this is a new account and it needs paid now, and continued scolding me that I need to make payment before filing a Arrons claim. I hangup on him for the way he was talking and being rude to me. And blocked there number. The GM of the store also did the same thing to me when I spoke to him and then he sent me an email and text messages about it. So I emailed him back and told him about what's was going on and filled an arrons claim. He never responded and that's when the calls started from Angle.
Absolutely horrible customer service from the GM Richard Taveras and Angel and the girl that originally took my claim info. They had no intention of letting me file a claim till I returned back to work.

Read moreI was very happy when I received an email stating the TV I was looking at was available plus holiday offer of $5 down. I then received a call with the same deal the woman told me fill out the online application then call my local store for approval. Everything went great I asked the worker for the 55' LG Oled tv he said it was an online offer and I said I did it online but the lady told me to call to complete. This was my first time dealing with Arron's. I told him I'm calling about the $5 down online application I did. He said ok I'll honor the online deal. Then he said that I can get the LG TV because he was honoring the deal. The only TV I called about was the LG OLED 55 inch TV with Alexa built in. I then asked could I bundle it get a different TV too. He told me there was a 65 inch Samsung TV that actually was less than the LG OLED TV I said okay I want to bundle it. I called the store and told them I would not be here for delivery that my neighbors would let them in. I returned home yesterday the 17th of June to two TVs in the living room open with remotes no direction or box. I was told that the TVs would be brand new. This morning I go to set up the TV's and there's no LG TV there a Hisense tv that I personally never heard of. I set them up and they are floor models that keep going to store setting. I call the store and all he says is sorry and offer me a more expensive to that's still not what I asked for and only offers me guide manual. I'm telling him this is not ok first you said one price then added $10 for 2tvs 1 I never asked for. Plus there not New. I asked him to pull the recording because he told me I could get the LG because he was honoring the online deal now he says he can't.

Read moreI am completely shattered by my very first home buying experience. Prior to this "BED BUG & FLEA NIGHTMARE" I had an amazing amount of enthusiasm, and excitement, any first time home owner would have. Things started out amazing, and the idea of furnishing my new home, with quality appliances, furniture, and the like, amplified the excitement, and feeling of accomplishment! However,...the very day the truck showed up with said furniture, my feelings of humility, turned to disgust, and discouragment, frustration, and resentment. The very first night in the new house turned to into a panic, and a mad dash out the door. I preleased a sectional that fit perfectly in my living room. (Unlike the bedroom set, that left marks over my entire staircase as the new guys forced a square peg, in a round hole). I'm sitting down finally, after a relatively busy day, reflecting on how nice things were coming together in my personal life. I had ordered Chinese food (shrimp and broccoli with brown sauce) yum. Took a few bites, after arranging my Netflix account on the new 50 inch HD smart TV, and began to itch UNCONTROLABLY!!! after a pause, and a look at my legs, shoulders, back, and arms, I identified the string of 3 bites in succession, as the demoralizing BED BUG trade mark. In an immediate frenzy, I began to over turn pillows, and couch cushions, to find more than one adult bed bugs, and eggs of tons more, in the seems of the ENTIRE couch...freaked me out completely. After having been eatn' alive by a colony of BED BUGS, and FLEAS, I later developed a rash from Lord knows what else was living, and breeding on the furniture from aarons in kingston. I made an appointment at the doctors, to get bloodwork done, just to be safe.
