I went to this store 4/12/2019 at 4ish, to solve a problem and left feeling like I came in here for nothing. I was given a number, the female (sitting) at the front desk told me to call a # to resolve my problem. I came here because I have no phone....how am I supposed to call this number that, I was given without a phone? Sometimes It goes a long way when your employees go that extra mile to try and resolve a simple situation. If I was willing to upgrade as she was offering then I would of got the help because she was going to get commision off that? but I did not want that so Instead, she sent us away with "here u go call this number so you can have them send you a new phone". The employees just sit there waiting till their time to go home is up; not like its a busy store. When customers come in; help them! I went to the metro pcs in hanover and the guy there was much more helpful I perffered going there than wasting my time here. (I just believe there are ppl who work just for a paycheck & others that actually fufill their role as "customer service...

"Upgraded" my phone to a lg Aristo 5 that isn't working correctly and they wouldn't help me out at all...telling me that there's no returns as mentioned in the "fine print"...which shouldn't matter since i was sold a pos phone. AND I was even willing to purchase a higher priced phone if they would've given me a credit for the phone that wasn't working correctly. Trouble shooted it and factory restarted it numerous times including changing the sim card. That shouldn't be out of my pocket. I've never seen such careless employees either who want to just feed their faces and watch videos containing profanity in front of customers like they're at home instead of at work. Unbelievable. Definitely will be switching carriers. Very disappointed...been a customer...

I was told the phone I was buying was better than my current phone; spoiler, it wasn't. I got a random case I couldn't choose & was told to come back NEXT week for the screen protector. Why offer to sell it to me if you don't have it? When trying to get a refund, I was told because it was an upgrade, that I could not return it.
