We have used Maria and her team for multiple projects and each one has been completed perfectly. What makes them standout - they are true craftsmen and care about the quality of the project then getting it done.

Maria tirelessly worked with us on the design for our laundry room, fireplace, and shower. Even after we decided on materials/design making changes were not a problem.

Shaun was our primary tile craftsmen and he does amazing work with perfection as his target. For example after completing our fireplace he noticed that the edges were not quite perfect, so he proposed that we hand chisel the stone to get a more natural look, the outcome was exactly what we were looking for. He also made small recommendations like painting the inside ledge of our fireplace to compliment the new stone.

Our laundry room had some unique challenges however he was up to the challenge. He spent quite a bit upfront to see how best to account for the sloping floor, our planned storage project, and new appliances. He walked us through his decision making process and confirmed everything before he layer the first tile.

Jacqueline in the front office is so efficient and always follows up on her commitments. She rounds out the complete team!

I had a piece I needed for my project in Colorado. I called everywhere. Nobody had what I needed in any state, nor could they get it in time. Dustin was able to get it to the store the next day with no added cost. My son just happened to be on vacation in the area. Dustin worked with me to make this happen. Did everything he said he would. Worked with a courier and me so those parts could get flown back with my son the next day. We have them and it was all because of Dustin. He was very nice and made all the effort to get the items I needed. I May not live there but I know people who do. I would chose this store first based on the way Dustin treated me. You have my recommendation hands down. I deal with a lot of people and have a 37 year history of such. People like this are hard to find. When you do find someone this professional, you better do what you can to hold on to them. As a business owner people like Dustin are 1 in a 1000 at least. I hope the people he works for understand the importance of his work, effort, and professionalism. I wish European Tile and Dustin the best of everything the future...

We had a great experience with European Stone and Tile. We brought them in to redo our primary shower after a previous contractor's poor workmanship left us with a major leak and mold issues. European Stone and Tile did a great job, from inspecting our shower to figure out the issue, to removing the damage and rebuilding the entire shower. They communicated well throughout the entire process.

Luis was our main installer and he did a beautiful job. He was professional and detail-oriented. I was very concerned with the waterproofing process after the horrible job the previous contractor did and Luis was understanding and patient as he explained the steps he took to ensure our shower would not leak again. He was respectful in our home and left the jobsite clean before he left every day. He would literally vacuum himself out the door. He made sure we were completely satisfied with the job before he completed the final walk-through.
