I'm thrilled to have found a reliable phone repair shop for life.

This was my third visit since 2022, and each time, John's expertise and customer service have impressed me.

During my latest visit on June 20th, John immediately recognized me and provided a warm welcome.

After I dropped my Google Pixel 7 in the shower, John efficiently diagnosed the issue, explained the problem, and ordered a replacement screen within minutes to arrive and be fixed by the next business day - putting to ease my fear of having to buy a new phone.

He even lowered the cost from $250 to $175 (for my particular issue), something I noticed he does for all guests in his store.

His kindness extended to offering a loaner phone, which I appreciated by respectfully declined.

On the day of my new screen's arrival, the repair was swift, and my phone was fixed in under 5 minutes.

I was having an issue with my iPhone 13 only producing sound when on speaker and charging inconsistently. I brought my phone in, and they looked at it immediately. They said the earpiece was likely damaged and either the charging port was damaged or had debris blocking it. They offered to swap the earpiece and either clean out the port or replace it if needed, and the quoted price was very reasonable. The earpiece was replaced same-day in 30 minutes, and they said the charging port only needed to be cleaned out. After swapping the earpiece, it was still unable to produce sound. They diagnosed it as a board problem. Because the earpiece issue wasn’t fixed, they didn’t charge me for the replacement part, and when I asked if they wanted to swap the earpieces back for my original, they said it wasn’t necessary. I wouldnt give them any stars but that not an option. I went I get my phone fixed all and I was better off with my cracked screen. I had to go back three times because when I made phone calls my phone would automatically go on mute or press buttons in people ears. I would try to text the phone would press letters I didn't try to press . The manager was very rude and hung up on me when I told him about my problem and told me basically it was my fault and if you get a re fund expect the to take there screen back after they have inconvenienced you and put on someone else cracked screen . I had to buy a whole new phone because they completely destroyed my phone. I would recommend going up stairs right about there booth in the Galleria mall it's another phone booth that fix screens on the second level called cellaris they may be better. Don't not go to the phone doctor unless you want o buy 600 dollar phone and get rude...
