Walked into this establishment to get my nails done. I asked for a manicure and SNS. The girl completely skipped the manicure. She started removing my previous hard gel. She was being aggressive with the removal. My nails felt paper thin immediately after. I came in with strong nails. She completely failed at providing the shape I asked for. She dipped my nails a total of 6 times in the sns. My nails looked so bulky. She said her boss said they had to dip them that many times. She started drilling my nails. My nails looked almost egg shaped. The shape was so bad. I kept telling her I wasnât happy. Even her co-worker looked over and agreed, she stated that the sns product may be cheap because of the way it was laying on my nails. The end result was terrible. I had already been there for 2 hours. I told her I wasnât happy and she didnât seem to care. Two days later my nails started to chip, I called, they told me "come in we will fix them." I came in after work. The manager had a sarcastic smile on her face and was just arrogant. I said all I need is for them to be fixed. She laughed and agreed they didnât look professionally done. However, she told me I had to come back at a later date because she was too busy. I asked her for a refund. She said if I refund then I must remove them first. I said "I don't care what you do" I waited for over an hour seated as they took other walk in clients and left me seated waiting for someone to help me. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. He kept apologizing. Iâm sure he was embarrassed at this point. He asked me if I wanted a refreshment. I politely declined. I wouldnât suggest coming to this salon. The manager is rude and doesnât care about customer service. She kept speaking in her language and trying not to make eye contact with me. I asked the gentleman for the Owners phone number. The gentleman said the owners name was Jenny and he provided her phone #. I called her and was not successful. I decided to text her. Jenny, read my messages and left them unanswered. I sent pictures of the nail work and everything. It's obvious she didn't care. Hours later left on read.    Read moreThis place used to be a very good place with a pleasant customer service until January 2023. I was coming to this salon for about a year and anytime I was there I used to feel very good and relax but the last to visit have been terrible. The first day the girl that did my nails complain a lot about me doing my nails short and even told me that they did not look well short. I did not paid attention to her and came back two weeks later to do my regular pedicure ($29).The girl that took care of me was pushing me so bad to do the deluxe pedicure ($40) and after I said not three time because I was paying for me and my little 5 years old daughter ($22, almost the same as mine)I felt she did not wanted to do a good service. At the end she did not do a complete massage like always Iâve received and when I told her she started fighting with me about she did it but because it was a regular pedicure she needed to go fast because she needed to do money with other clients. It was the first time I did not receive a decent massage with the regular pedicure. No one at this place took care of my opinion even though it was the first time I complaining about something and I did it because the thing that she did was unacceptable.
It is so sad that these people does not care about the customers and I just wanted to advise the people, if you are going to this place and you do not plan to spend a lot of money (more than $50) you probably will be treated not as well as other, so think about it before you visit this place.
To the Noire the Nail, I hope God bless you all and help you start value the clientele by what they are and not by how much are they going to spend.

   Read moreVery impressed with this nail salon. Larry was my nail tech for both my services - pedicure and gel fill. My pedicure basin was lined for sanitary precautions, which is immediately discarded after each use. I had the deluxe pedicure which includes an aroma added to the water, as well as matching cream for leg massage. I indulged in chocolate aroma. What a great therapy! Mask and all, and I could smell it instantly! Definitely a treat worth the extra $10. Upon seating, I was offered a refreshment - and reminded it was complimentary. My options were a soda, water bottle, wine or champagne. Waooo! I opted for champagne, which was very cold and delicious, and bonus - it was served in a martini glass - oh so classy!
All tools used were in a sealed sanitized bag, and the options for color were simply impressive. There's literally over 200 shades, so surely, you'll find a shade you'll be in love with. OPI is one of the brands used. 97 OPI colors to be exact!
For the first in a long time, there was no bleeding in my cuticle area, as Larry was gentle, meticulous, and very precise. That's always a plus! His attention to detail is much appreciated, as he continued to keep me hydrated with a water bottle.
Everyone was friendly, wearing a mask, and spaces were COVID appropriate.
