East Town Crossing shopping center — Attraction in Knoxville

Um, employees are not trained properly, especially regarding the project loan and how to assist someone, when the Pro Desk is closed. It's not a regular sized location and I recommend going to a different Home Depot, if possible! Our "ship-to-store" items are always damaged (63 boxes of LVP flooring & double bathroom vanity) and we've had nothing but headaches and problems at this particular store! There was one lady (a newer employee actually) who was more helpful than people who have worked there for a long time! I wish I had gotten her name, she was in the flooring area and she could probably manage this entire store better than the entire rest of their crew!! I hope Home Depot sees this review and makes some major changes at this location, or it's eventually going to go out of business with the current way that it is operating!...

This food city is always clean and the people helpful. The only thing in the back of my mind is always that I was at the food city on ashville hwy and overheard something very disturbing...there was a worker spraying down the buggies with "disinfectants" because of covid...she had run out of disinfectant and asked the manager where to get more...the manager said the bathroom.. The employee said where ??? The manager said again the bathroom....its only water!!!!!! Im Sorry but ive always liked that food city but will never again shop there. I try hard to keep my family safe and this complete disregard to safety during this horrible time was VERY uncalled for. I bought a pergola from Home Depot it has been a nightmare from the beginning ! Had a hard time paying for no reason had to take a cashiers check to make the payment ! They still didn’t want to take it but finally came to their senses . Now after numerous delays I m still waiting for my pergola two months later no pergola installed ! I’m totally disappointed with the whole process ! Think twice before you make the same mistake as I did !!!...
