I will never buy another thing from them, I bought my wife a ring in December 2015 and a stone fell out of it with in 6 months, I took it back to have it repaired they repaired at no charge, with in another few months another stone fell out I took it back and told them this is twice in a year they said it would have to be rebuilt with new prongs to hold the stones and it would be $50. I ask why they where going to charge me since this had happened again they she had worn the ring two much and it had been two years since I bought it because they looked at the year it was bought witch it was in December of 2015 and I had it back down there in March of 2017 I told them that is only a year and 3 months they finally agreed to repaired the ring at no charge but she was going to have to stop warring it all the time that a kick in the butt you buy a ring but you can't wear it. When I pick it up and brought home to my wife she looked at it and said this is not my ring the stones are smaller we compared it on her finger to a picture of it on her finger when I originally have it to her and you can see the stones don't cover her finger the same. They put smaller stones in the ring so I guess they got there $50 they originally wanted for the repair they are CROOKS. I will never be back to them and will tell everyone I know...
Read moreI would give no stars at all if I could. Ok, I took 6 pieces of sterling silver 1940 spoon pendants to be engraved. I precut them with proper tools: no damage just spoon bent and ready for engraving. When I picked them up; one pendant looks as if they began to engrave in wrong spot and scratched through it and started again! On silver! All six pieces had been gripped with a tool leaving teeth marks all up and down the sides and pendant loops. Beau said I dropped them off damaged but that was a lie. I meticulously cut those pendants with tools that would not damage the silver. I was horrified when I looked at the pieces. They attempted to buff out the damage but still the damage is deep. I don’t care how long they have been in business, that was a dirty thing to do to me. I paid $160 dollars and they completely defaced the silver. Go anywhere but here. They gave no apologies at all, offered no refund, never even explained why one piece had engraving scratched through. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH DISHONEST PEOPLE. Go to West Knox for a professional job. Wish I would have. Terrible. Family...
Read moreThis was our first time of coming to Pardon's Jewelers and I was super impressed. My husband took my cross pendant in to have a new jump ring put on it so I could wear it again. They suggested a bale since most pendants have them instead of a jump ring. Not knowing what this was, I went up after work to change this bale to a jump ring since this is what I wanted. When I got there they had already attached the bale to my pendant, but did say if I didn't like it they would change it to the round jump ring. But there was no need, because when they showed it to me, it was by far much nicer looking than the jump ring that I was going to get and it looked amazing against the chain. I have to say that the little round jump ring would not have looked as nice and I am glad that they knew what would be better on the pendant. I pays to go to experienced jewelers and I am glad we found one. We will be coming back to Pardons Jewelers for all our...
