Hummingbird Apothecary is one of the best hidden gems in Knoxville. Their drinks are tasty and refreshing, their staff is super friendly and attentive, the ambiance is so chill and relaxing, and the owner is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She's done an amazing job at creating a welcoming place to hang out while getting a delicious tea or mocktail. It's a great place for meeting with friends or flying solo. The Love Potion with a tea base is my go-to drink. It's sooo good! Also, if you go by the shop on Thursday evenings, they offer in-house donation based tarot readings. These people are the absolute best humans on this planet!! As soon as I walk in I meet the most helpful amazing guy who works there with the greatest set of nails anybody has ever seen then I meet a wonderful couple with a beautiful baby girl as well as multiple other great folks who were so happy to answer my 10 million questions plus the atmosphere is so calming and homey. I've never been so happy to find a store before but I'll for sure be a regular customer here from now on that's for sure specially since they sell herbs for only $1 you can't beat that. Hummingbird is a staple of the community in Knoxville. The people are genuine and friendly, and their kava is the best around town. I highly recommend stopping by here instead of going to a bar, for a healthier and more fun option to alcohol.
