Garbage was everywhere, don't know if a party was there that day or previous day. Near by patrons we're smoking pot in vehicles. My wife could not change our 2 year old in any of the portable restrooms due to so much trash in them, none of the public restrooms open. Will not bring my kids here again. Can't mark no stars other wise wouldn't rank the park, need to make it an enclosed admissions park to keep clean and unwanted patrons out of park to make it...

A lifetime of memories, from childhood sliding down the big hill before The new Rose St., was created; The old swings & big slide, the permanent grills, boathouses lined up on both sides of the Black River including the gas, bait, soda & beer bar, the big old Clinton Street bridge and the outside ice skating rink that, was, really outside.
