DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They have discriminatory business practices. I purchased a tape player that was listed as "working" and when I brought it home, it didn't work. I called immediately and they said they could do a return. They didn't say it needed to be returned within a few days or any timeframe. When I brought it in 3 weeks later when I was finally back in the area, the lady took one look at me and was rude right away. I was friendly and courteous. She told me that they could only give me half of what the price was or nothing at all and that typically businesses only allow returns within 7 days. Where?!! The standard is 30 days for most businesses. I asked her why and she said because it needed to be returned within a few days of purchasing, I told her that she didn't disclose a return window when I called initially and it was false advertising to say a product worked when purchasing then refuse a refund. She stated they don't even allow returns but were making an exception by allowing to give me half my money back. I had spent $60 at their store, trying to support a small, local business. There was no disclosure listed anywhere in the store about returning a product within a set timeframe nor was it disclosed during the phone call if the item didn't work as advertised. It's extremely unfortunate they carry themselves in this way. I had my child with me and that didn't stop them from being outwardly rude and dismissive. I will never shop there again. Don't go there, especially if you are person of color, they do discriminate and will discriminate. As a business, you are not allowed to change your rules or store policies based upon the person which walks through the door. That is DISCRIMINATION. I don’t know why I always walk into antique malls or stores and am still surprised on how big they are. Friendly staff as we came in. This one has a basement that’s a decent size as well. Theres a variety of items by different vendors, obviously different vendors have different styles of organization. One vendor downstairs you couldn’t walk in his space so we didn’t bother with that. Great place! They have a huge variety and the place is pretty much full to the brim. The staff is super friendly and sociable as well. My only complaint would be that it's hard to find good deals here. The owners do seem to understand the full value of every item and they are priced accordingly. You can buy some really nice stuff, but don't expect to get a valuable item for less...
