LA MIRADA BUSINESS CENTER — Attraction in La Mirada

The center is run down. The parking lot and landscaping is shoddy. The anchor tenant space was Rite Aid but is now vacant. The homeless have taken over the space behind the building. There's grafitti everywhere and now the main sign on Rosecrans is destroyed (from a very tragic multiple fatality car crash). It needs new vision and/or ownership. The restaurants and Beach Spa are certainly a draw, but the parking lot is too big. It could use more dining especially some covered out...
