ALDI — Attraction in La Puente

3 rd time now having to return spoiled rotten turned packages of meat. there were employees stocking this stuff, right out of the shipping boxes and onto the display area. so I figured they just put it out = it's fresh, 100% w/o a doubt, right! WRONG! as before once again, I noticed a greyishness around the edges of the vacuum sealed plastic wrapped meat. I cut it open and rotten egg smell! so bad!🤢 I don't know who sees this, but I've actually spoken to someone there that said that department was their responsibility, a manager. I explained basically the same thing as I just described, he was appalled and swore to get to the bottom of this...! like I said... 3rd time now. I know this is my mistake for rushing and not checking the package like I usually do, but c'mon...!! why is spoiled meat being accepted by your store in the first place. are we the consumers all a bunch of guinea pigs for product...

The stocking clerk, he was nice to walk with me to show me to get the shorts. Later I asked him where the restroom and he politely showed me. I recommend he should get a raise. On the other hand, the font has only one cashier and got attitude. We didn't see no cashier in the font of store. There were several elderly customers infont me. They could not shout out loud so I shouted for us "CaShier CaSHier Cashier" to get any cashier clerk that could help us out of our way. When he came back, he looked cold and after scanned the short pants. He threw across, landed on of the side counter. (Where most people organized groceries in the bag.) I asked him "Why you are you upset?" He said that I was jelling at him. I had to use the restroom." I told him he shouldn't toss my merchandise over the counter. I only bought one item and I didn't want to argue with unhappy person so I took off. What a bad...

I get Trader Joe's vibes here. It also reminds me of a mini Walmart cause they sell food and random house items, which are affordable. I could genuinely say Aldi store associates are the best. When my eggs cracked during checkout, they told me to get another box. I was amazed that they care. This shows their integrity and commitment to excellent customer service and grocery items.

Despite having 1-2 registers open, I like how they're fast at ringing each customer up. I bought about 10 items and it took me less than 1 minute to checkout. The store associates are really good at what they do too. I appreciate them so much especially the woman who patiently waited for me to choose my avocados before restocking again.
