I had to edit my review because now I have seen both Hannah & Sierra -Hannah was so kind, helped answer ALL of my questions both about the piercing I got and also potential future piercings. She was incredibly patient when I was deciding placement on the piercing I wanted and provided support, information, and helped me decide. She made it as painless as getting a piercing can be, and I cannot wait to go back! Such a wonderful vibe from start to finish. Plus her jewelry selection is top notch. -Sierra was spectacular. She was amazing at giving directions to navigate the building. She took her time creating an experience that was catered specifically to me and paid such close attention to detail. She made the environment relaxing, safe, comforting, and almost put me to sleep! Every step she took was well thought out and made me feel the most pampered I have ever been. She made the vibe in her room feel like I was in a trance and made it so easy to get cozy. Wish I could give six stars! If you are looking for the absolute best service in the entire area, I highly recommend Sierra! I have been getting my brows and ears waxed for years at other places and I’ve never had anyone come close to matching her attention to detail, professionalism and skill. Today I also got the Custom Samsara and it was the most relaxing experience! It was like a facial and massage all in one! She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. Had the posts of my third lobe piercings shortened, consulted Hannah for a next piercing, and then Hannah pierced my right helix. She did an amazing job with my thirds and my helix, as neither of them bled whereas my first and seconds did. She gave me back my long posts which I don't think most piercers do.

Hannah is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She asked questions about my personal taste and style before giving me her opinion, and did tell me she would pierce my triple helix all in one go if that's what I wanted, even though she recommended not to (so I could see how my first cartilage piercing healed).
