ALDI — Attraction in Lafayette

Placed a pickup order. Guy came out to give me my 4 bags of groceries and and got mad that the bed of my truck already had something in it and was tied down. He then proceeded to come to my passenger side window, knock hard on my window and say “where do you want it”. No hello and certainly not in a kind tone. I said the backseat and he angrily went around my truck out the groceries in and slammed my back door shut. He said “have a good day” in a rude tone as he was already walking away. He then stood outside of the building on his phone for about 5 minutes before going inside - presumably so he could text without getting in trouble.. I get that curbside is not the most fun job to work especially when it’s cold… but some common decency...

The rude woman with the green hair at checkout needs to slow down a little and learn some manners. She talks to people as if the customers are there for her convenience. Payless is looking so much better. I don't need to check out at 100mph just because she wants to be done and ready to walk out the door at quiting time. Since Covid there seems to be more than enough people who forgot how to be considerate. She is not at all like most others who work there but she gave Aldi's a black eye my last trip there. I will avoid the place as much as I can because of it and others probably should too unless you like to be ordered around as if you need to be taught how to conclude...

Always great prices. Clean, organized store. Love that the Aldi brand of foods do not contain any artificial dyes. Red #40 is the worst, especially for kids with ADHD. And it's in everything! If it's not, then it has yellow or blue, which are also bad. Luckily, it's safe to shop the Aldi brand of foods. You don't have to scrutinize every label. Almost all of their products taste just as good as the name brands. AND they're cheaper than the name brands and even most other stores brands.
