Worst location for customer service!!!! Go today for a regular drink and use my Gold Card on the app. Figured I paid and was good. Looked at my app about 8 hours later because yes went back to get a tea and saw that the girl used one of my FREE drinks instead of my money!!! So went back to the store showed the guy at the register and he said well we don't have control of the app and that they have to push a button to use it. I said I know, but I didn't say to use it. SO I asked is there something to do about it. He's like no I can't do anything. I was like well use this as a learning experience for her and goes well it's her 1st day and she wont be here anymore going to another store!!! SO BE CAREFUL AT ANY NEW STARBUCKS LOCATIONS IN LAFAYETTE OPENING SOON!!! On top of that the guy at the register goes "well everyone has a 1st day on their job" my response was well then someone should train her better. Read moreGot yelled at for wanting less ice. Dear manager plz teach them that it's ok to have less ice. I pay $6-$7 to actually enjoy a drink. Not 3 sips. They filled it top to bottom with ice. My order was a mobile order with "less ice" on the label. I had to come back and I nicely asked for less ice, then they poured the drink to the half of the cup. I paid for a grande size so plz fill it up when I ask for less ice. Idk why you guys be so cheap saving every drop of milk and coffee....freaking $7 dollars for ice. Read moreI rarely visit Starbucks but decided to make a run there for treats for some coworkers. I had ordered six drinks. After an ok wait I had five of them. I waited patiently while approximately three people behind me got their drinks and were gone. I finally asked the gentleman working the cash register where my other drink was when he first tried to tell me I had all my drinks, I said nope I'm missing one, he didn't seem too impressed that I could count! Found out my last drink had been placed over at the drive through window. I think he could use a little help on working with the customers a bit better.
