We recently purchased an older home and wanted to knock-out a couple walls and put in a kitchen island to create a modern open-concept kitchen.

I walked into the All OC office (without an appointment) and was immediately helped by Jim. He and Katrin walked me through the design and remodel process. We ultimately determined we would need to remove a load bearing wall and install a ceiling beam. They took care of everything from start to finish (city permits, engineering plans, electrical inspections, etc.).

During the design process, we decided to replace our backsplash and counter tops, add additional lighting, and expand the existing cabinetry. Jim and Katrin were extremely helpful in finding cost effective solutions to making our dreams come true.

Their construction crew was top notch and customized the kitchen’s design features to our every wish.
