Although Matt gave great service initially whoever he spoke with in the back to resolve my issue declined my request for return just for batteries I purchased 30 minutes prior to that. I realized I bought too many when showing my partner. I literally purchased 30 minutes prior. ABSURD considering I spent almost $400 !!! Saddened because after spending almost $400 worth of stuff. After I realized I purchase too many batteries I immediately went back in and wanted to see if I could return a couple. It was only like 30/45 minutes max from the time I bought them. I was not able to return I was only of offered to exchange. Matt (manager) went and spoke with someone in the back office, I'm not sure who but whoever it was declined the return. If they were going to exchange they should have gave customer satisfaction and took the return. It wouldn't be ridiculous if I wasn't just in there and purchase them. You guys lost my business it was literally only 30/45 minutes max. I still would have kept well over $200 worth of purchases. I would have still purchased so much from you guys in the future. I finally went in to check it out. I want to stop smoking! I have for many years. The people I work with kept telling me to change over, and raved about it. I was afraid to go in because I knew nothing about it and I felt uncomfortable. A VERY AMAZING employee by the name of Veigh helped me , and put me at ease. She did not make me feel uncomfortable in anyway, and explained everything to me , and showed me how to set everything up. I purchased everything she recommended. I want to Thank her, and the company for hiring such wonderful staff. Oh! By the way I read the reviews prior to making my visit and ..some were not Great about the customer service.
