Big Shoutout to the Manager Luis. I was on my lunch break and needed to upgrade my phone because my old one was broken and I need it for work and was meaning to get an upgrade anyways. I asked him “how fast would we be able to upgrade my phone” and he confidently said if everything checks out it would take 15-20 minutes. He stayed true to his word. In about 20 minutes I happily walked out with a new phone/AirPods/and case (none of this was pushed on me I chose these items and he worked them into my payment plan) During this process Luis was able to quickly/accurately answer all of my questions regarding price options and the differences between each iPhone model. He also informed me of money saving promotions that could save me up to $300. He did this all while having to train a new employee but instead of having me deal with that he understood my situation and used the opportunity to show the new employee how streamlined the process could be. I was very impressed with how easy and quick, and seamless the whole process was. He informed me on how I can transfer all my info when I got home in order to save time and i was able to get back to work with a fully functioning phone....
   Read moreMy visit to AT&T was horrible!!! I run all of my services through AT&T.They made me feel bad that I had to bring a charger that was not working back. I did not have the receipt, but they remembered I was there less than a week ago to purchase the charger, also they never emailed me my receipt which they should've done because I have an account with them. The managers were not helpful at all, and could not offer a solution until I kept coming back there. So they gave me another charger that did not work but they emailed me the receipt, but still gave me a hard time, again this charger did not work as well!! At this time I was completely upset!! It was Saturday, she gave me her information, because by land phone or cell phone she was getting no where. Well I drove to the Alicia store and Warren DEE was able not only train an in store agent but after spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with my sister Adele Nunez he was able to get the renewal done.
