WCC Furniture & Mattress Center — Attraction in Lake Charles

A year ago I bought all my apartment furniture here and paid a proteccion plan, now I reported that my mother's bed has a horrible squeaking noise. After going to the store, I was told someone will contact me. I waited a week then I called and they send one person to my apartment to see what I was talking about. The gentleman who by the way was nice told me that his Supervisor will get back to me. However, he noticed that after tighting some screws still amking noise. I wait again for a week and nobody contacted me. So, I called Mr. Dylan 11/21 who said to me that because the person who inspected says that all is fine he considerad that he didnt need to call me back. Very POOR customer service. So, in his mind the client has to follow up with him. Untill now my Mother's bed has the noise and no solution. Thank you for leaving me with new furniture making noise. My Mother is almost 70 years old and not a big person for her bed to be in this condition. Besides she only come to spend holidays. So, this bed is pretty new. Very sad to be treated this way. My mattress is one inch sinking I was told it needs to be 2 so. I respect that. But when you dont care about your customers. Sorry, you pushing People away from...

Excellent service! I purchased a lift chair on Saturday from the Lake Charles store but pickup would not be until Wednesday due to them being backed up from the Labor Day sales. Not a big deal, until Hurricane Francine formed in the Gulf! At the time, the forecast had it coming straight for Lake Charles. My dad really needed this chair due to an injury so I was planning on driving to Lafayette to pick it up Monday before the storm hit. But they called me first thing Monday morning wanting to deliver it to our house for free Tuesday because of the storm! I was shocked and very pleased. They showed up when the guy said they would, brought it in the house and even set it up. I will definitely make this my first stop for any future furniture purchases! I enjoyed shopping at WCC .. my salesperson Mike was very knowledgeable and kind. He pinpointed my needs very quickly! On the other hand the delivery wasn’t as great! I work so ask them to give me 30 mins out so I could take off and go accept. Driver called me at 11:15 am and said he would be at my house at 1:45 so I took off and came home at almost 3 he showed up and had the wrong item so thank goodness my sister was able to come over and wait til they got back with right item. I saw on cameras when they came back and he had to unload alone and once inside my sister had to help lift the mattresses. His helper was no help .
