Roly Poly Sandwiches — Restaurant in Lake Charles

My boyfriend and I visited this location this past week. It was quick and easy to order. I ordered the French Twist, and broccoli soup. He ordered the Chipotle Chicken.

A lady brought two soups out to two customers who ordered after me. After one lady spoke up and said “I ordered mine to go”. She went to the back and they realized that should have gone to me. She came back out with it and apologized.

I couldn’t even finish eating my sandwich because something about it tasted off and disgusting. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal.

The restrooms were not clean, and the place seems outdated. While leaving another lady walked out with an order. As she got half way to her car, one of the employees ran out of the store and took the bag back. I assume she gave her the wrong order… I hope she remade that persons food considering it was outside the store…

Later that night, I came home and I was severely sick. I’m not saying that I got food poisoning, but I personally won’t be eating here again.

UPDATE: THANK YOU Roly for responding! I am not interested in visiting again, but for responding to my complaint and trying to make it right I really appreciate it. Who knows, maybe after I recover I’ll try again....

Waited in the parking lot until the specified ready time wich was over 30 minutes, that was fine but once it was time it wasn't ready they said give them a "few" minutes I gave them 10 then got sent out again. Went back 3 times total finaly after more time passed I went in the 3rd time they said it's on the grill now. That kinda sucked waiting an hour but the food was beyond delicious. Went for lunch today. Ordered Monster Veggie and soup. Register did not process my card. Register was not working. Skinny woman in dress wearing glasses handed me a glass and said she would process my order after I ate. I never received my order! Waited 20 minutes. After finding this out. I left and woman followed me out to parking lot and told me never to come back!!! I did not say a word I just left to go find a place with good customer service. She FOLLOWED me out to the parking lot! Lady you can garuntee you will not get my business anymore!...
