Beware - read before you go with Lynx! Had a very negative experience with this company. Scheduled to have them deliver a dumpster for 8am, I get to the house at 7:30 and they have already dropped it, but in the wrong location. When I called to have it moved (because it was in the way of big machinery I had scheduled to come out in two days) the owner said it was too expensive to send someone back to move it, but would be out first thing Monday. First thing Monday came and went and the guys working on my house had to put off their work until the afternoon (and 3-4 calls later from me) when the dumpster was finally moved. When it came time to get it picked up, I called on a Monday and was told it would be picked up Tuesday or Wednesday and those days came and went! Then called again and they said Thursday morning, that came and went. Finally they came Thursday afternoon and dragged the dumpster across the yard, tearing up the rocks, underlay, etc. When I called to complain to the owner he yelled and wrote me off. Never again! Dickie went out of his way to be extraordinarily helpful and kind to our family when we made a request from him regarding his container service and time allotment. He exuded goodness and conducted himself in a very gentlemanly manner. He responded to my text messages in mere seconds and was always super patient and courteous with my many questions. To the negative reviews I had read before I used this business due to his drivers driving too fast- um, seriously?! This man is an angel, so let’s be rational. His prices, I should also mention, are fair, and his office staff- I believe I spoke with his sister- is very courteous, as well. They are a fine family of hardworking, helpful, down to earth people.
