I requested a custom build quote initially back in June(?) for a full build for replacing my streaming/gaming PC with. Their customer support/turn around with following up on everything even before I was a paying customer was fantastic. The initial reply/response from them was enough to convince me to give them a shot. The build quality and cost on parts + labor additionally sold the deal. I've been in this game for a while, building PCs myself, helping others figure out their needs, even putting it together for them in the past with the "buy some pizza and beer and we'll chill once I'm done" mentality back in the day. When my CPU started tanking with my most streamed PC games a little while back, I panicked because I (thankfully) was able to replace my GPU already and wished I would have just gone with the full build/stuck it out through the issues. I contacted Seattle Built again hoping for just a build for everything minus the GPU. Same thing. The response was quick. The prices were great. I knew this was gonna be the right move. Throughout the entire process from actual PC quote, to build time frame and testing, to actual delivery process and shipping I felt valued the entire time. It doesn't matter how cool/pretty a product is if the people behind it suck. I can confidently say that SBPCs made me feel like I was finally the buddy asking for help putting a new PC together and being helped by the guy that just wanted to make it easy for me. Y'all have a customer for as long as I need a PC for, and any of my friends reading this: your money will be well spent here. Little details like the RAM speed being set to "actual speeds" instead of being at the default lowest speed when i booted it up for the first time to how clean and precise the build itself looks. I HATE wire management, and having a well managed PC finally? A dream. Thank you.

I started my PC build journey inquiry officially with Altay on Feb 29, 2024. At the time, I had contacted him regarding a full build with a 4080 but didn't have much interest in ordering a new PC at the time. Fast forward to Apr 29,2025 almost a full year and a half later, he kept in contact with me over 35+ emails regarding my build preferences, concerns, and queue times for the much awaited 5090. I can confidently claim that after picking up my PC and booting it up, I had 0 issues with his build quality. He even helped catch a defective GPU mid-way during the build process which would have spared me the enormous headache of having to go through the RMA process if I had gotten my hands on the GPU myself (which seems impossible in this day and age). As for the build itself, it's nothing special: - Ryzen 9950X3D - 64 GB Ram - RTX 5090 - 4 TB SSD and other assorted parts. Attached image for reference on the build and quality had I put it together myself it would've been a headache to do all the stress and load testing for all the parts. ie. GPU load testing, wires possibly melting, memory testing, and general installation. For the value and time provided by Altay and his team, it's been a smooth and seamless process. The only caveat through out the whole process was paying Altay but now that he actually has a small store, I can instill more confidence since I can put a face to his business before he officially opened his office space. All in all, rambling aside, Altay has done a fantastic job communicating and providing a build perfect for a hobbyist gamer in my day to day life. Would definitely come back again to do any custom build and highly recommend him to friends and family.

I was looking to build my first custom PC tower and planned on paying for someone to put it together with all the parts that I would buy myself beforehand. Instead, I found Seattle Built PC online and learned that it was smarter to let this custom builder design the build to avoid buying parts that would cause compatibility issues and he knows what the most efficient parts are. I went on his website and filled out a questionnaire asking what I would use it for and my budget. These builds are very impressively priced for what it would cost anyways if you bought and built it all yourself because of the GPU prices. I would of paid more money buying all the parts myself probably. He sold me a 3080 GPU for about $1300 less than what I could find it for online. I honestly couldn't even find any 3080 GPUs online except for on Amazon, listing them at around $2400 at the time. Once I filled out the questionnaire he responded and asks for more details if he needs them, then builds you a complete parts list with the prices and his labor fee. After I agreed on the build he recommended, which you can tweak if you want, I paid him an invoice. He only took 2 weeks total, to ship in the parts, build it, and test/optimize it for me. Once I picked it up, I took it home and literally just plugged in the power cord, and signed into windows. It runs perfectly. Thanks man!

The Seattle Built PCs team is amazing. I went on their website and inquired for 3 different tiers of gaming PCs between 1500 - 3000 dollars. I wanted to do gaming, streaming, and CAD work on my PC.

The very next day Altay the owner emailed me back with three different builds I could go with. I was surprised how fast he responded and how in detail each build was. There was some back and forth on asking which one would be the best. Ultimately I wanted to be able to future proof my rig and I settled with the more expensive build.

Here is the build for you references:

CPU - Intel Core i7-13700K Cooler - Deepcool LS720 360mm AIO *RGB Motherboard - MSI Z790 Tomahawk WiFi RAM - G.Skill Trident Z5 64GB 6400 CL32 *RGB Storage Primary - WD SN770 2TB NVMe GPU - Nvidia RTX 4080 16GB Case - Lian Li Lancool 216 *RGB PSU - Corsair 1000W 80+ Gold OS - Windows 10 Pro OEM

How long did it take? For me it took about 4 weeks and a couple days. My situation was a little different due to the fact that I purchased during a time where it was the holiday season and there were a couple of winter storms happening that impacted delivery of parts. However, I was informed every step of the way during this process. Communication was on point with Altay. A little wait doesn’t hurt.

When I received the message that my PC was ready I was elated! I drove to the location and met with a team member that I’ve seen on their instagram page. It was awesome to finally meet some of the team in person because they have a pretty funny instagram and I know they work hard at what they do.

I finally made it back home and was amazed by the build quality of the machine. The cable management of the machine was pristine. Way better than the prebuilt pc I had previously from BestBuy. They had done their own proprietary testing and the results were saved on my desktop which I thought was pretty cool. And there was also a readme that had all the information I needed in order to maintain my pc.

In terms of performance this thing is a beast. I mainly play Apex Legends and stream. I’m hitting 240fps on a 27” 2k monitor while streaming at 1080p. This rig can do exactly what I need it to do.

Thanks to Altay and his amazing team I can say that I’m impressed and I will continue to support Seattle Built PCs with any other PC purchase or upgrade I may need in the future. I highly recommend them. They are local, personable, and just the best at...
