The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis — Attraction in Lake Saint Louis

Went to the new Pasta House company on Mother’s Day...sadly, had an awful experience. Not only issues with our food but I also burnt my hands with their hot water while washing my hands....it was the type of faucet that was motion activated so I had no control over the temperature nor how to fix it! And I already had soap on my hands up to my elbows (I’m thorough!), I had to bare thru it to get all the soap off. I immediately went to speak to the manager, who informed me HE WAS AWARE & had a plumber there to fix same issue THREE TIMES NOW! What?! I thought to myself....are you serious?! You knew and tho had it fixed 3 times, it never occurred to you to CHECK THE PLUMBER’S WORK?! And if you found unsuccessful yet AGAIN, THEN PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN ACROSS THE SINK?! Anyway, I wrote on a piece of paper all my contact information and asked the manager to pass it along to the restaurant’s attorneys however, nobody has called. And it being approximately 35 days later, I doubt now my info was ever passed along! In fact, I’d bet it went straight from me, to the manager, into the TRASH! But that’s alright, I’ll call them! And I have pics for them as well! So all in all, I’d also bet that Pasta House will NOT be there, at the Meadows, too much longer if what my family & myself experienced...and it really was a bad experience...They’ll be out of business at that location very soon! No out of order sign tells me he had no respect for human life, didn’t care what could or would happen to a person washing hands unsuspecting with ONLY SCALDING, STEAMY, HOT WATER available...Yeah again, I got pics, I mean VIDEOS to prove everything I’m saying! A YOUNG CHILD COULD’VE BEEN THE VICTIM...Who knows, maybe there was but the kid didn’t tell anyone. Who knows?! What I DO KNOW HOWEVER IS THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT WAY TO HANDLE THIS VERY SERIOUS,...

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND CRITICIZED ME IN FRONT OF QUITE A FEW CUSTOMERS AND AT CHRISTMAS!! SOME PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE AND SHOULD BE BEHIND A DESK NOT AS AN EMPLOYEE LET ALONE A MANAGER OF A STORE!! I'LL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN FOR ANY REASON!! I'LL REMAIN WITH MY MID RIVERS MALL FAMILY!! When you spend over 25k in under a year (and even if you don't) NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS EVER!! LET ALONE AT CHRISTMAS!! AND ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE NOT BUSY!! This has ZERO effect on anyone except the manager. Everyone else was extremely polite and helpful. And I will remain a, " Walking Billboard" as I was nicknamed by my Mall Family. Mid Rivers should be the store ALL VS stores should be modeled by! The Meadows is such a beautiful mall and it's exciting to see all of the energy that has been up there for special events. I went for one of their Summer Fest concerts and there was a very healthy crowd. Everyone there seem to be having a really good time eating, drinking and dancing. There were several food trucks with food, dessert and drink options. I also walked around the mall and was excited to see several new stores that had opened. I am loving the revitalization of this place. Specifically I am enjoying Prados. I think their food is fantastic and I have been there several times since it is opened just a few months ago. I stumbled upon a DIY Shop the other evening that was absolutely adorable. Looking forward to more and more growth as I continue to frequent...
