Very nice environment all employees friendly with each other. I had a great time staying at the terminal for the few days while doing orientation and drug screening very clean facility made a few new friends. Equipment seemed in top notch very clean and updated and road ready. Everything went very well with Brite logistics company with orientation. I was offered a route I wanted to do they got me the truck I wanted everything was looking good. However things turned into completely different direction when I got to meet with payroll management in the orientation. As a driver into the company you are required to have a escrow account of $1500 which will be hold from your check into weekly payments of $250 until reached $1500. I didnât agree with the that policy. I wouldnât want any company to change any of their policies for me or do any special favoritism. I was very upset of this deal only because I wasnât told about when I arrived at the terminal or during the orientation. The company waited until the last minute when I met with payroll manager. That is why I didnât start working for them. I wish Brite logistics well thank you very much for welcoming into their home terminal but it just wasnât for me. As a driver my opinion itâs the companyâs responsibility if anything goes wrong with equipment accidents or such. I believe that as a driver we do more than enough sacrifice to live away from home and drive their equipment. As a driver you cannot be accountable for someoneâs business. Businesses are risky thatâs why you have to take chances....

Our company has rented parking spaces for trailers at the Brite Logistics facility based on a published are of approximately $250 per month (TRUCK AND TRAILER). After a large number of trailers were delivered to the parking facility, the manager Larry Misiukevicius granted access to 20 of our trailers to their FULLY SECURED PARKING FACILITY and then claimed they did not approve such a large amount to park and demanded we convert the MONTHLY PUBLISHED RATE on their site into a DALY FEE !! That is $250 per day per trailer! Needless to say, this is an absurd amount by all standards. We have offered to pay the difference according to the published rate for any additional trailers parked; however, Mr. Larry was demanding ransom via WIRE, or else he threatened to tow away the trailers loaded with customers' goods to an undisclosed location.
At that point, we paid the ransom and tried to de-escalate the situation. When Mr. Larry saw we paid up, he went ahead and blocked a few of the trailers denying access to our driver to remove them, then came back around and demanded ADDITIONAL money (approximately $4000 !!)
After paying over $13K in parking fees and over $15k in damages for renting parking spaces and moving all these trailers around Chicago, we recovered the trailers.

Read moreMy experience as a team driver with this company has been nothing short of excellent. The dispatchers are top-notchâalways professional, communicative, and genuinely supportive. They work hard to keep us moving and make sure weâre not sitting around waiting for loads. Weâre getting around 5-6000 miles a week.
One of the biggest perks is the on-site mechanic shop. Having maintenance right at the terminal saves us so much time and hassle. The mechanics are experienced, quick, and always willing to help, whether itâs a minor fix or something more serious. Shoutout to Patrick & Victor!
The overall atmosphere is positive, and you can tell that everyone hereâfrom office staff to driversâis treated with respect. If youâre a team looking for a company that values hard work, safety, and keeping you on the road, I highly recommend giving...
