Rude as hell receiving lady had a 11am appointment, showed up at 940ish. Was issued a door right away they took 2 hours to just tell me they rejected 8 pallets for temptress reaching 47 degrees on the boxes when my reefer is set to 28. After they continue to waste my time hopping in and out of my trailer after I pull out from the dock they start to argue that it's my fault when my trailer had zero issues. So after arguing and getting my bills back they write on my bol stating I turned off my trailer. And it wasn't temping. I went to thermo King and got a download done, results came back to zero issues and zero codes or anything. These people will "SCAM YOU" just to scre you out of a delivery. Appointment time for Tues 6am. I called Monday at 1030am and said I would be arriving by 330pm. I asked if I could received early. The lady I talked to said "come on in I can't make any guarantees but we will try our best to get you unloaded early." Monday night at 7pm I asked guy in receiving if he had an idea of when and if they would have me unloaded. I was told in an hour I will put you in a door. 530am Tuesday morning I checked with receiver of an ETA of delivery and was told I am next truck in door. 3 trucks have backed in and been unloaded since then it is now 905am Tuesday and still no door. Had a 9am appointment. Because of an earlier delivery, I arrived at 4am in the morning, set my alarm for 7am and went to bed. At 7am, checked in and told to wait for a phone call. They said they still needed some time to finish up their trucks and said no problem. 30 minutes later got a call and a dock and 20 minutes later was empty. Once I got the green light, I went back to where I checked in got my paperwork and was driving off the lot 10 minutes later. Finding the place was a bit tricky because it was dark and the address was not easy to see. But, Google map got me really really close.
