Update... Maddy still love it and we made more memories today. More games. Still clean and friendly. They do have new staff but they offer that same great service we got the 1st time. Got our pizza order wtong but that's one and like a thousand mistakes. It's alright. Had a wonderful time.

This location has been here for YEARS. It has stood the test of time. As my parents took me to this location as a kid, I got a chance to take mine. My daughter enjoyed herself. Things have definitely changed for the location. Gone the days of ballpits and tokens bringing in a new theme but somewhat the same fun. It more so an arcade now with perks for how often u frequent the establishment. They have an app to track points, write reviews etc. The staff was nice and attentive. Explained the promotions and packages for unlimited play. It was clean but the decor and some of the games could use some TCL. Guitar Hero was broken and set to left handed. It can't be changed. U have ur gameplay set to a card based tap system that's free. Or a wrist band which costs extra ($3.99). The salad bar is nice for parents that don't want pizza. The pizza has changed drastically and is pretty good. A step up from the cardboard we used to scarf down as kids. We went on a Wednesday around 1pm so it was not crowded @ at all and my daughter got to enjoy the games and space. Safe, sanitized, clean and friendly. Entering this location is like entering a prison. Security thinks they are real officers on a power trip. Yesterday I witness security belittle an actual Sheriff Deputy and wouldn’t identify themselves. One security guard flashed his fake security guard badge and identified as a state police ( little guy later someone said his name was Garcia). When confronted with verification of credentials he walked away. When police arrived he denied stating he was an officer. A second security kept putting his hands on his weapon while looking at the sheriff deputy. I guess when you consider being a security guard for ChuckECheese Goals it gives them a power trip. This location needs to close. The store manager Rodrigues was scared of his own security. It’s a shameful place. Went for children's birthday party. Was packed. That's not the issue. There were police with guns there who were surveillancing. At Chuck E Cheese! Saw a " dispute" between two kids. One White the other Black. White child told the officer that the Black child was not being fair. Police officer appeared to get upset. Told the little boy to take him to the other child. The police officer confronted the Black child who appeared frightened. The police told him he " better knock it off". Like. What! They are children. They will dispute over petty things especially at a place where a kid can be a kid. But to have armed officers. No thank you. Had it not been a party I would have taken my children and my money elsewhere. No worries though, won't go again. If this is what fun looks like, y'all mistaken. The place was packed.
