7 STAR — Restaurant in Lake Township

Ordered quite a few times from this place. i have to give them props though, consistently bad service isn't easy to achieve. let me elaborate; the man taking your order will always be in a bad mood, and if you don't tell him you want to pay with a credit card before he stops yapping, you can expect him to hang up before you can get a word in. you then have to call them back and let them know how you intend to pay for their sub par cuisine or deal with some asian dialect curses when the delivery boy is at your house, on the phone with his buddy in the store. disrespectful employees and i never received the proper "Free" promotion. they would always downgrade me even if i spent well above what they require. I'll avoid this place...

I do not recommend this place. I placed my order at 630 and I got the receipt says it was going to be ready and delivered by 730. I called at 8 ) (I understand sometimes things happen and they are probably late) a gentleman told me my food was on it's way. It didn't show up. 850 came around and I called back and said I didn't get anything yet and someone told me they never got my order. I have never been so disappoint about the way the gentleman handled the situation. He said if I wanted to order my food would take an hr and no discount or anything was going to be given to me. I really like this place considering it is my closest Chinese restaurant that taste delicious and is bountiful in food. I've eaten here for years and I have a lot of trust in them. By phone or in person they are very kind people and the only reason it is a 5 star is because they offer so much good food and it is worth more than an expensive restaurant. Problems arise every now and then but it proves they are authentic people making human error that corrects itself. I love they sweet and sour...
