Las Brisas Del Mar — Restaurant in Lake Township

First of all before writing my review I want to point out the waitress VERÓNICA! RUDE/ ipocrita ! She shouldn’t be working there ! I return to the restaurant around 8:45 pm Saturday 21 st after carrying out because my plate was missing lettuce rice and fries and the enpanadas de camarón were burned ! I paid $87. I tried explaining the situation to verónica by the resgister…, she was super rude / ipocrita !!!/ she cut my conversation in a really disrespectful way , saying that she didn’t know nothing … and that she’s was only a waitress there . I asked her to give me her name and she got really angry !… she refused to give me her name (saying that “y porque te tengo que dar mi nombre “) and walked away leaving me talking by myself! After that , the owner of the restaurant came out to tell this other young guy, which by the way he was super nice and respectful to give me my money back . The owner was super respectful as well! I ended up telling him about the waitress not wanting to give me her name and of course he confirmed her name. I WONT be returning here at all! i honestly recommend trying another sea food place like “ Los magueyes in Burbank “ employees are super friendly and respectful making you fell welcome, not like this lady verónica. I’ve never been so mad like this in a very long time ! They shouldn’t be giving people a hard time specially not knowing what customers might be going...

Went to eat there in person the other day and i left so upset. First I ordered a limonada, which by the way was way too bitter. I was the last at the table to get my drink. Then I ordered a burrito, and again everyone at the table received their meals in which I was told my burrito was coming up. I still waited about 5 more mins just for them to tell me "hey we actually don't have the tortilla for burritos rn" like how do you not know that? How do you tell a customer "your order is coming up" and then come back and tell them actually we don't have it? Whatever. So I ordered a torta with no tomato, no mayo, and what did they do? COMPLETELY IGNORED MY REQUEST. Took the torta to go and I left HUNGRY. My boyfriend convinces me to give them another chance today as he thought the meat had good flavor last time. So we order thru uber eats.. And now they just lost the both of us! Completely ignored BOTH OF OUR REQUESTS. The waitresses either aren't listening to their customers or the cooks don't care. Either way never...

This is the 2nd time I brought my kids here , because it's across from Kid's Empire. Kids love the virgin coladas. For me the Fish was too salty. I always tip, I would hv tipped $20 i used to be a waitress myself. What I don't like is the idea that you can give whatever service because you will get your tips anyway. Yes they automatically put it on your bill. They charged me about $16.gratuity. I wasn't even informed that they charge a fee . Didnt know if they did the last time either because my baby was fussing . Meaning they charged on the bill and I tipped them separately cash. And then on top of that they chage $5 to use my card and have the nerve to have another space for tip on that. Dont know if I will return but I'm...
