WOW, just WOW! I am beyond impressed with my experience at Planet Fitness, and it's all thanks to the amazing Martin! I had been considering other gyms in the area, but the high-pressure sales tactics had left a bad taste in my mouth. That all changed when I walked into Planet Fitness and met Martin.

From the moment I walked in, Martin was super welcoming and friendly. He took the time to explain everything about the gym, from the equipment to the amenities, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. The low-pressure sales approach was a breath of fresh air, and I appreciated that Martin wasn't trying to push me into signing up on the spot.

But what really blew me away was the gym itself. The facilities are top-notch, and the massage tables and massage chairs are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I mean, who doesn't love a good massage after a workout? It's the perfect way to relax and unwind, and it's included in the membership price!

Speaking of price, I was blown away by the value that Planet Fitness offers. The membership rates are incredibly affordable, and you get so much more than just a gym membership. You get a community, a supportive environment, and access to amazing amenities like the massage tables and chairs.

But what really sets Planet Fitness apart is the staff, and Martin is the perfect example of that. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals. He took the time to explain how everything works, from the equipment to the classes, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident using the facilities.

I highly, highly recommend Planet Fitness, and especially Martin. He's an asset to the team, and I'm so grateful to have met him. Kim "the manager" is super rude and gets off on ruining your day. I am visiting from Ohio and have been to 25 different Planet fitnesses and never had an issue tanning at any of them. I go to this one and they want to see some waiver that I've signed and I tell them I don't know what they're talking about but to give me the form and I will sign it and they say they can't give me the form it has has to be already signed at my home location all the way in Ohio.. so I called Ohio and they said they don't have the form because there is no form to sign in Ohio. Since it's an Illinois law, I turned to the lady and asked her to give me the form and I will gladly fill it out and she says she can't legally give it to me, which has to be a lie. She was just being a lazy and her excitement level was off the chain as I got angry. Terrible human being. If they're not gonna follow Planet Fitness rules, they shouldn't be allowed to be a Planet Fitness. How do they get away with this when I pay to be able to tan at any...

The first month was great. The staff was nice but now I see new faces. But the last month of may has been horrible. They are allowing students to come workout for free (which is great) but not when they are just playing and not using machines. I pay for my membership and it is not fair that I have to Wait to use machines that “students” who do NOT PAY are just playing with. The staff is not attentive with keeping the students in track. Basically it’s a playground for them but I have to pay full amount for a membership and more than half of the machines are not available. I would go earlier in the day but sadly my work schedule does not allow. I hope the staff can be more responsible with keeping the gym up to part this summer or I might have to switch my home club or...
