La Central Bakery — Restaurant in Lake Township

I go here for the WONDERFULLY SWEET brownies as well as a few other items that are offered. My only concern with the employee who bagged my items is that she just stuffed as many items that she could into one paper bag and did the same with the second small paper bag! Everything was smashed and stuck together. Next time I go I will ask if I can bag my own items. The female employee that helped me at the checkout just didn't seem to care if my cakes, brownies and sweet rolls made it safely and without damage to my home!! Really need to teach her that we would like our items to be as undamaged and look as appealing as they...

I would say its a popular local bakery as there isn't many (cash only too) and their product is absolutely delicious. I'm surprised that any complaints would arise unless the customer has an attitude. Being a community bakery it knows what we love conchas. Fresh everyday and even better when tsken out of the oven. Love this place because the conchas and all other pastries are fresh and super soft. Another plus is how well maintained this place is not only that also you can see the bakers working their magic in the back. The only negative about them is that they only accept cash. During this pandemic the last thing you wanna do is handle cash. But other than that love love...
