Ohio Fitness & Martial Arts — Attraction in Lake Township

We contacted this business because they sent a message if they didnt hear from us that our account would be automatically cancelled. We did not respond because we okay with account being canceled. They then randomly tried the card again 5 days later after they claimed the account was canceled. They did continue to pull out the funds for a couple months. When they were contacted they had no reason to why they didnt stop charging the card on file after they communicated out the account was going to be canceled. They only refunded one month and when asked why , " the owner looked over the account " was the only response with no explanation. Your a business , obviously you can see you communicated and told me my account would no longer be active if we didnt respond, and from that date on we never stepped foot in that gym. But still continued to get charged and no resolution....

Very good gym, good equipment, good staff, good price. Everything you look for...

Best all around gym and well rounded martial arts...
