Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Township

Let me start off by saying their manager is a complete moron and obviously is oblivious to the fact of how to enter card information ! I sat in the drive thru for a good while. No big deal, gave them the benefit of the doubt. Figured their still working out their kinks of a new place and new management! I get up there. Hand the girl my card. Which mind you i had just came from the Gas Station and purchased some items for a grand total of 2.17. Not only that but i had just got paid from work. Well a few mins goes by, then a man says im sorry sir, this card is declined! I simply replied there's no way thats possible i just came from the Gas Station. I came here to get my wife some lunch and surprise her. Which bud i just got paid this morning. Try swiping it again. He does, he then looks at me and seriously says, it keeps saying input irror and is declined. I grabbed my card and shook my head at them both. Drove off, by that time i had waited , it was to late and my wife's break was over. Let's just say they need to wipe the whole crew and start over. I've been in management. This is not how you handle things and all the stories i hear and keep reading....

I always order cheesy bean and rice burritos with shredded cheese instead of cheese sauce no issue subbing one for the other until now. Ordered 3 and a small Pepsi was given the total, the screen doesn't work so I cannot see my order I'm doing the math in my head almost $8 for 3 $1 burritos and a drink at best this should be $4 and some change so I ask why so much, charging for cheese instead of substituting. The woman at the window is rude about it, how dare I ask about what I'm paying for, I tell her I dont want it give them to me regular, shes rude about that. Runs my card nearly flings it and my bag at me, puts my drink in my hand, I said my "receipt too" please slams the window. So I sit and wait and stare and when she realizes I'm still there she throws her hands up opens the window huffs what can I do for you I ask for the receipt practically throws at me slams the window. Rude employees, greedy, charging for something...

Decided to go to Taco Bell because I’ve been craving tacos, went through drive thru and it was really quick and I guess now I see why I got three drinks a nacho fry box and two crunchy tacos. Honestly I’m not surprised as this isn’t the first time this has happened but I’m tired of wasting my money for the same thing to keep happening so here we go, the nacho fry’s were soggy and warm as if they had been sitting for awhile both me and fiancé tacos had almost no meat on them I might as well of just ordered a shell honestly. Also nothing was hot or even nearly warm enough to have been made while we were sitting in drive through considering it took only like 5 minutes too to order and get the food I’m assuming either they don’t have their temperature right or they had already had these made and just gave them to whoever ordered it not really sure but...
