They said delivery would be in the afternoon, but called at 10:15 in the morning that they would be at my home in 5 minutes. I had to leave work to rush home. They knew what they were doing as far as installation was concerned but didn't have the dryer hose I had confirmed a few times that would be to be on the truck. I drove one of the workers to a local store to get one but they were out. He said he would come back, later on with a hose. He called a few hours later from home depot asking if I wanted him to buy one and I would have to pay him $20. I was kind if surprised as I was told not to worry, they would have one on the truck since when I ordered the machine I told George I for sure needed a new one. No mention of money then. When they started to leave, I luckily noticed they had left the huge box full of garbage in my yard.
