Cleveland Clinic Lakewood Family Medicine - Rockport — Attraction in Lakewood

The doctor's that I'VE seen are all great doctors. The receptionists are also kind, and treated people with respect. I've never been left waiting on hold more th an a minute. When you call their recording asks if you need to make/change an appt. Or if you need a refill or have a question. You push the appropriate button for your need,then it rings you through. I've always gotten through right away. Anytime I've been put on hold was only for a minute or less. Of course if someone calls and is rude then you have no right to complain. Or if someone comes in acting badly,being rude and or loud they would be told to tone it down. I have seen instances where some adults couldn't act like adults. So I'd guess if you acted like I just spoke of then you might not like your experience there. All in all this is another great Cleveland...

Wow !!! I recently moved two months ago August 3 from Port Charlotte Florida to Cleveland. I live in Lakewood now and was looking for a primary doctor. I was referred to the office of Dr. Mary Corbett by Dr HEbe ( don’t know if I’m spelling his name correctly ) He saw me at the emergency room and referred me to this doctor. Megan saw me and what a wonderful experience. From the entrance with Susanna till the end of the visit I was so taken by the friendly welcome that I received. Beginning with Sharon who took my vitals and then meeting Megan was absolutely fantastic. I felt secure I felt safe and taken care of. Dr. Leisinger is always amazing! Takes his time to find out & explain exactly what is going on. Everyone from P. A. Rini, and all the nursing & even appointment staff are great people -& quite a comfort when you are sick. Even a few times where I had called with last minute things, they have always accomodated me-& even if you get one of the other doctors as a fill in, you are in great caring hands.
