Well I have mixed feelings about this place
My dab rig that was silicone ripped so we were doing a late at night not many places open trying to find something to suffice run I had never been to this store And unfortunately the guy working didn’t have any real information about the products he was selling
I bought a glass one but had no idea they are suppose to have a clip Fortunately I’m quite determined and managed to magiver it perfectly for a few days until my best friend happen upon a picture Of another glass dab rig just like it and it had a clip on it that holds the two together we were waiting for one of us to steer our skin off because we thought it was gonna fall out and burn one of us I called him immediately and really nice girl answered and said that if I brought it in she could give me one of the clips I happen to have a picture of it since I was showing it off to my friends and I brought it the picture and showed it to her she gave me the perfect clips that hold it together and had the knowledge of the items in her store that the other gentleman lacked so they didn’t make it right but it was unfortunate I had to make two Trips
I’ve never shopped tray before probably won’t again

But I bought an $80 battery from them. Used it perfectly fine. Next day it was dead, from what I would guess from being charged overnight? Told me tough luck, out my $80.
I felt like I was robbed, sorry. Honestly, I would have been better off not even walking in. Their product knowledge was extremely limited, they didn't really care if I got what I asked for, as they told me three times they didn't carry items that I found IN THEIR DISPLAY CASES SHORTLY THEREAFTER. The unit I bought, they said they never saw any complaints on it. I quickly found a gazillion complaints in less than a minute, mainly involving how the battery shorts out quickly on charge. According to them they make sure all the products they stock are quality.
