Update: Since this horrible business seems to think it's OK to ignore people and not do the right thing. I finally had my credit card company fix this. This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE unless you like being scammed and overcharged. Will NEVER go to a Jack N the Box again after this horrible experience.
Update: Hey Jack I ALREADY filled out your complaint form you listed below BEFORE I even wrote this review because I like to give companies a chance before I waste MORE of my time writing something like this. I asked to be EMAILED. The email I was responded back to continues to get a failure to deliver response from Google. So I am sure the email address is full of.complaints or no one deletes mail there. I'd appreciate if someone can just EMAIL me and resolve this. I have the receipt and everything on that should be more than enough to issue the refund so I can finally stop wasting my time on something your employee did and shouldn't have. Will never go back with how tedious a process this has been. :/ NEVER in my life have I dealt with such a difficult to contact company!
I dont normally write bad reviews. But others need to be warned of the shady practices of this horrible company. Worst location ever like others have experienced. Was overcharged in the drive thru (price was different than what was on the screen, I've ordered this exact thing before, so I know what it should have been). The guy ended up charging me for a SHAKE with boba when I had ordered an ICED coffee with boba. It's like a $3 difference. I was overcharged by almost 28%. I didn't notice this until I got home & took the receipt out of the bag. I filled out the form to complain and went to X to complain to get my money back that they overcharged me! Usually, companies reply back FAST & can actually help you & they want to fix the problem. But Jack in the Box? What a joke. They must be in on it & are encouraging employees to overcharge people because I was COMPLETELY IGNORED & GHOSTED. Yet I saw Jack replying to others and helping them to get their issues solved. Jack never even acknowledged my issue or apologized at all for this unacceptable and unprofessional (and illegal) behavior of overcharging customers! Someone contacted me yesterday from the form I filled out (when this happened on 7/9..... I was at a work meeting & could not talk on the phone, so I emailed them back with these photos. What I was charged and a photo of my actual meal showing the iced coffee! Not a freaking shake! Ghosted again. I also want a paper trail, & I've heard how horrible the service is on the phone anyway. I want it all in writing. At this point, for the extreme waste of my time, I want a complete refund because the behavior from this company has been beyond atrocious. It's disgusting. Read moreFast food for cheap...ive been catering this place for a while...their two tacos for a dollar cant be beaten...and the perennial classic Jumbo Jack is always a great choice...I come here when I need a change from everything else...like their milk shakes too...you dont go to Jack in the Box expecting the best burger in the industry...you go to Jack in the Box when you want a quick, tasty affordable meal for the whole family...however. And ill say it again give me two tacos for a dollar, jumbo jack with cheese combo (large) and an oreo cookie shake and I guarantee you ill be there almost everyday after burning about 700 Calories in cardio...I also like some of their pitas (pouches)...thats what I call them...good tasting food, fast, convenient and if you have children great variety...this place has a Taco Bell and McDonald's within yards and can still be busy...with that kind of competition how can you rate this place lowly...go to this Jack in the Box when you have finnicky picky guests that have...

As a family of six ordered their food at the drive thru, some ratchet looking teenager would constantly interrupt us with "IS THAT ALL?" and before any of us could even say yes or no, she immediately says "have a nice day..". Now that is incredibly rude because first of all, you're forcing me and other people behind me to rush my order, and second, you don't tell me when I'm done ordering, I do. Upon reviewing my order at the window, the same teenager hands us our food with 6 out of 11 ordered items wrong. Not only do you have the audacity to rush my order and tell me when I'm done, but you don't even get the order right. Unless you can get the order correct that quickly, you have no right to rush me.
