Superior Pawn Shop — Attraction in Lancaster

I was not greeted ever, they were very matter of fact and rude! What's worse is I pawned a very unusual gold ring with rubies and a tennis bracelet and a thick gold bracelet and another ring. Altogether they were worth two thousand, a few weeks later I receive a letter that the shop was robbed and they only offered me $400 in store credit. Omg I was so upset, then the owner seemed emotionless and I don't give a damn attitude. When I tried explaining my jewelry was worth a lot more than four hundred he very rudely says, take it or leave it, that's all I'm offering!!! I never went back.... I truely believe he is a crook and he planned the inside robbery, so he can keep all and his insurance paid very little. It was a quick get rich scheme and he is definitely heartless...

I can do a whole big thing about this place but i can sum it up in a few words ...THIS PLACE IS THE BEST . Ive delt with a few shops and besides Ricks , this place Superior Pawn is great while ive found Platinum Jewelry to be last on my list . I always get the best deal , they know me and my items , and never have i ever left mad or raised my voice . Always a pleasure ,im a regular customer since 2011. I even buy my cymbals there .
