Downtown Motel — Hotel in Lancaster

The manager Mr. Paul and his wife, are God sent. You really can't help the area, but once inside, the room is clean and equipped with small fridge and microwave. The bathroom has large, plush towels and its surprisingly quiet. I mean I seriously slept like a baby. The owner could put a little more money into sprucing up the property but thats NOTHING compared to the riffraff and trash at the other places i've stayed since going thru this pandemic. We've been uprooted from our normal way of life and I'm honestly embarrassed to even have found myself in this situation. But the hospitality the staff showed me was impeccable. Mr. Paul was in the middle of finishing up a checked out room when I arrived. I watched him hurriedly clean a room after the lady at the front desk told him "this lady needs somewhere to go with her kids. She needs it today." With no reservation or anything, they made my children and I a priority. I also saw this same guy asking a room if they needed extra blankets since its cold. They were honestly two of the sweetest motel employees I've met since God put me on this journey and I pray they are recognized for it. The heater worked great without falling knobs, the tiled floor was spotless. That was WELL OVER what was expected of them as employees. And was so worth the $76.00 and refundable $10 deposit. Oh, and they have some kind of special thats less than 500 dollars for a week!! Thats UNHEARD OF!! Kudos,...

i give it 3 stars for neat tidy management ....downfalls very old building and the visitor's are not able to stay ..and the $60.00 is as i feel should come to $55.00-$50.00 also lots of month by month ...quality of the service is an A+... people stay to themselves and the ones who dont belong here need to be talked to by management not the tenants sounds like this you get him out of the room well they are friendly the one who needs to say it is the management asto them frequenting the rooms without a receipt for rent or as a guest..even if the person finds a room to stay with as a guest..OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE TO...

4.5 Stars. The staff and owner where very helpful and understanding of my needs. Convenient to many fast food and conventional places to eat as well as a mini market next door. AVTA municipal bus stops for 4(four) different local routes, and downtown Lancaster is only about a 1/2mile away. Metrolink station is a quick bus ride, or less than a mile walk...
