Perfectly located on the Blvd, no need to drive once you've arrived, with plenty of places to eat, shop, and even a performing arts center in walking distance. A shopping center is no further than a mile or two away from the main boulevard. Nicely decorated with historic aviation portraits, there is a comfortable sitting area surrounding a fireplace in the main entrance, great for visiting with friends or networking with business associates. The check-in desk is conveniently located right as you walk in. Andrea and Jessica were extremely helpful, friendly and always professional. The mini-market had beverages, snacks, and sundries for purchase. There is a nice pool area. Hidden behind barn fashioned doors is the breakfast area which was included. The dining area that was well laid out. Maria was a great host! She made sure we had everything we needed. There was a variety of food items. We had quite a few diet restrictions in our group and everybody left satisfied. Laundry facilities on site were clean and easy to use. The real value was the room. Keeping the standard with the rest of the hotel, the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and designed well. A spacious kitchen and dining area that included a nice size refrigerator, a modern 2 burner stove, a built-in full size microwave that doesn't take up counter space and a small dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with all the dining and cooking utensils you need as well as the general hotel amenities such as coffee, tea, and even popcorn. In an open concept room the dining room runs into the living room that includes a comfortable sectional and sitting chair. They provide free wi-fi and many outlets conveniently located in all areas of the room. The TV included abasic cable with free channels, as well as streaming options. We had 4 adults staying in the room, with 2 Queen beds. The sleeping accommodations were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. Closet and drawer space were sufficient and a full ironing board and iron were provided. I loved the bathrooms with a huge walk-in shower. Enough built in shelves for toiletries. The sink had nice counter space. Plenty of towels and wash clothes were provided. A blow-dryer was provided as well. Parking was convenient in the back of the hotel. Be sure to check in first, then park so that you have the room key to enter the hotel from the back door. We'll be visiting this hotel again...

I booked a meeting space and two rooms, and I must say, it was five-star service all the way!
Gaby - She must be a manager because she's on top of EVERYTHING! It's a beautiful sight when a front desk person can handle multiple questions, answer the phone, let people into the hotel, and even sweep up my confetti, all with a SMILE!
This young woman is management material for those who don't know!
Thank you, Gaby, and I've got those Mrs. Fields cookies coming, I promise!
Summer - She is incredibly patient. I was panicking and asking for things, but all Summer said was, "No problem, I got you." With this type of attitude, this young woman is going to go very far in the business world!
Thank you, Summer, and those Mrs. Fields cookies are on their way!
Jason - He has a wonderful personality and was extremely helpful. I truly appreciated his delightful attitude and accommodating efforts.
Thank you, Jason, you're awesome! As for the cookies, you'll have to share with Summer or Gaby ;)
These are the names of the staff who assisted me, and they are FABULOUS! They were incredibly helpful, patient, and easygoing.
This was my second engagement with this hotel, and it's top-notch!
Just a note to people planning surprise parties or any party at a hotel: DO NOT use CONFETTI! Just sayin'.
Thanks, Marriott, for having such a remarkable team in Lancaster, California!
OLD REVIEW from earlier 2023
I booked this fabulous hotel for a meeting a few months ago and realized that I forgot to leave a review. Allow me to do so now.
I must say, I was truly impressed! The hotel is absolutely immaculate, and its appearance surpassed my expectations in person.
One particular aspect that caught my attention was the ingenious idea of displaying oversized aviation pictures on the walls. This creative touch gives the hotel a unique and distinctive look.
Furthermore, I would like to commend Gabby, the front desk staff member. She provided exceptional service with her excellent attitude and delightful personality. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with this hotel experience and will definitely consider renting the meeting room again...
Β Β Β Read moreI'm a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member, and have stayed at around 50-60 Marriott hotels in total. This by far is the worst, and I would avoid it at all cost. The General Manager, Kristina Castro, is extremely rude and unprofessional and what was meant to be a 12 day stay has been cut short by 9 days.||||I packed my laundry for their laundry service two days ago. I needed it for some important meetings. The reception staff on the first day told me it wouldn't be until the end of the next day before it was ready. I came down to the reception on the second day to be told it hadn't been picked up at all and wouldn't be until Day 3 (see photo - It had been left right on the reception counter all that time and was still there..)||||I asked to speak to the manager, Kristina. She did not apologize but instead said her staff had been trying to contact me. I explained i had been in the room and they could have called me, visited me or even dropped a note. She then said the issue was they had never had anyone use the laundry service and that was the issue. I said it was urgent that I got my laundry done and I was looking to her for a solution. She then went on to deflect any responsibility from herself and clearly wanted to hang up the phone. All without any apology or solution.||||I told her I was extremely disappointed that there was no apology or attempt to help, and that I would be moving out early and writing a review of my experience. She pretty much said "uh huh. fine'.||||Only redeeming grace was the front desk, Jessica, felt bad and gave me $4 so I could do the laundry myself in the laundromat. When I came back down, Kristina had called Jessica to quiz her as to why she had given me her number... A shame to see such poor service and leadership in what has to now been a brand...
