Jersey Giant Subs! — Restaurant in Lansing Charter Township

Edit to owner's response who didn't even consider I was telling the truth because I haven't trashed other businesses? Google "How long does it take to get sick from consuming feces?" In as little as 30 minutes--which happens if one of your employees pooped and didnt wash his/her hands which I suspect is what happened bc of the severe stomach pain we both experienced--I can tell the person who responded to me is a Narcissist bc they can NOT accept criticism and try to attack the accuser personally, which is further reason why I know that your kitchen is not clean and your employees aren't washing their hands properly which is all too common--and seeing how a sub is a ready to eat food very easy to transfer harmful bacteria vs something that is cooked--no? I have a license w/Ingham County and I will most definitely be contacting the health dept, I know it takes at least 2 people, yes? I paid $40 for 2 subs to get feces infected and your response was you must be lying bc we are perfect! Got it...I know at least one person reading your response will stay away, and I hope nobody else gets sick the way my husband and I did, that's why I left the review, I am in Canton Ohio right now and just had a wonderful meal at the Crab Shack and will be leaving a review saying so

Husband bought 2 18" subs at about 745p mine was the turkey+salami he got the #2, we ate them, I was happy with the taste and soft bread...but..now? 45 mins later? We both cant get off the toilet, I called at 850 and there was no answer--hopefully the owners will get their employees to wash their hands, because that is usually the culprit of this severe stomach pain that we are...

We ordered 2 subs recently. They were ordered PLAIN! One with Roast Beef and Extra Cheese and nothing else. The other was a Turkey Sub also plain with JUST cheese and lite onion. What we received! Both subs had lettuce, tomato, onion and this mess of an oily dressing that had soaked threw the paper they were wrapped in. Talk about being disappointed. A lot of money for something we would never eat. Being fair, Jersey Giant has great subs WHEN you can just go and pick them up. This was our second attempt at ordering since the pandemic and both times what we ordered and what we received wasn't even close. Both times the subs weren't even edible. Also, it's very expensive this way. I would not recommend ordering Jersey Giant...

Great food! Good people! This location has some opportunity to improve their timing. 4 instances over four weeks where the food was not ready until after the time agreed upon during checkout requiring me to wait inside. 3 times no other customers were present. 1 time out of the four they were pretty busy. Normally this would be enough to have me rethink a lunch/dinner choice but it’s Jersey Giant…. So I have changed my behavior and now arrive 15 minutes later than I should.
