Staff members have major attitude problems. On Thursday night (2/27/25) at around 6pm, my girlfriend and I went in to see a movie and wanted to buy tickets there. We have also never been here before. The girl at the counter who was blonde and wearing glasses was extremely rude from the very beginning. She asks us if we have tickets and we say no because we want to buy them and then she points into some direction without even looking up from her phone to tell us to buy the tickets at another counter. And then she points at my water bottle saying I can’t have food or beverages from the outside — ok not a big deal. I ask her if I’m allowed to have just water and then she raises her voice and changes her demeanor immediately and says “umm I think there’s two signs that say no food or drink from the outside”. I genuinely was just trying to ask if I could bring in water. it wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t allowed and I would have just put it in my car and came back. This employee has a serious attitude problem. She was insanely disrespectful and my girlfriend and I did not feel welcome at all. We ended up leaving to go to a different theater because we didn’t want to talk to her again. Anyway you might want to check on your staff at the Lansing location and give your employees some lessons on...

Read moreChanges have been made since my last visit!! First I noticed there were no colorful movie window clings. Then only one cashier with a very long maze to enter in order to reach him. Thirdly, no games/ no more game room. No Photo Booth! No candy vending machines. Very Grey everywhere (first I was shocked, then depressed)! I usually get popcorn and a slush (they still had those w/ free refills), but now they also have a menu. You can order lots of different foods and they will deliver them to you in your seat in the theater. I don't know how you're supposed to eat them in your seat (do they give you a tray for your lap? Or do they set up a t.v. tray in front of you?) Seems distracting and messy. Finally, to the movie! You get to choose your seat when you buy your ticket, that's nice. But all through the movie I could hear the noise of the highway which is located behind the building (I was in theater#3). Sometimes it fit because the movie was set in N.Y. and Pittsburgh, but it was very distracting when the scene was a son, his sleeping baby and his dying father at home in suburbia at 4am. They could better sound proof the emergency exit door (which is where the highway noise...
