Blend Frozen Yogurt Bar — Attraction in Lapeer

We have came to this business often. We recently came in, approximately 20 minutes before closing. We had 3 customers at the business and wanted to order 4 froyo shakes. The employee refused our order and said to pick one shake. As she didn't "feel" like wanting to make those shakes as they take to long and she wants to close. We were seriously disappointed as my kids did chores to get this treat, we are regulars and seriously spend a lot of money here, and we drive 20-25 minutes to get to this business. My kids and I felt insulted and that we're not good enough to be their customers. The owner did reach and apologize for her employee. But said that she didn't understand what happened, but the employee was wrong and they both felt bad, the employee was tired, works 2 jobs and just wanted to go home. (Mind you, we went in 2 times) She also offered a gift card. But after speaking with my husband, we not do not feel this a business we want to support. A business that employs workers with this kind of horrible attitude. My kids may ask to come here. But this is no longer a go to spot for us. Like I said as an owner, I would have fired her. I seriously don't understand how anyone would want her to represent their business. Just remember your business is only as strong as your weakest employee and they represent, not only your business...

Hahahaaaa hmmm… yes, Blend Frozen Yogurt. Flavorful sensations danced around my tongue. But the story doesn’t start here. No, it had to start when I walked in and ate some of the delectable froyo. Yah. That was a good flavor, I thought to myself. But my experience didn’t end there. No, I needed more. So I was bad. I ran my mouth under each dispenser, sampling and savoring every slop. Incredible experience and they weren’t even that upset. They were all like oh yah we get it. Really good ice cream /. Annie was a great sport, even helped get up off the floor when I fell!!! With a large variety of frozen yogurt flavors and an overwhelming amount of toppings to choose from, you'll have many reasons to come back to Blend especially when they rotate available flavors so there's always something interesting. If you're looking to eat even healthier they also have a small salad bar although you might not consider it initially since it's the last thing you see before you go to weigh your frozen yogurt and pay for it. The place is never too crowded and there's always plenty of available spots to sit even on the busier days.
