Cheers Lapeer Bar — Restaurant in Lapeer

I’m only writing this because I’m very confused. We have been going to cheers for a while. We don’t go a lot but we do love their food and people are nice but after last night we will not be back. We came with friends to show them this place and we were drinking and having fun. I was drinking water so everyone else could drink and we ordered the 3 shot and everyone else only had a couple of drinks and then all of a sudden they gave us the shot and thanked us for ordering more then one because the shot takes a couple of liquors and then they never came back. Before that someone gave us water which I was already drinking I asked for more then dropping our check off and then my husband ask for another drink they didn’t say anything tell we asked again and they said they couldn’t give us anymore we asked why and the one girl would not answer. We paid our bill and left. We will not be back or tell anyone to go there again. I have been surprised on how mean they become for no reason and would not tell us why. I looked at the reviews now and see that this has happened a couple of times to other people. We are very nice people and can’t believe this has happened. I’m hoping they read this and find out what had happened and hopefully can fix what happened or at least tell us...

This place can be summed up in short work: Mediocre food, moderate to over-priced drinks, and probably the worst service I've ever had.

To elaborate...I had "the best wings in town" for a dozen I was willing to paying 15+ dollars... they weren't worth it. I'm no chain restuarant fan but in a city with a buffalo wild wings "best in town" would lead one to think they would be better than a chain restuarant that makes wings. My wife and I were two of the 4 total people in the restuarant and could not flag down the waitress who was busy sitting at the waitress who was sitting at the bar to get another over-priced beer and condiments. We also had to sit for about 10 mins before the waitress showed up again to give us our bill after the meal and drinks were done...keep in mind we were 50 percent of the people there. We were not hoping for a place where everybody knew our name but it fell short of our waitress knowing her job. We had never been to this establishment before but and we certainly...
