Horrible customer service. When we originally walked in we were going to purchase the monthly membership but that quickly faded as the employees were all rude. 3 employees working today, not one of them greeted us. All were very rude from the beginning and at the end. They all acted like it was a pain to ring anything up. When I asked the price of the popcorn combo they didn't know. The lady rang up every item separately then proceeded to tell me "it will take a couple dollars off at the end, I'm not sure how much" I asked for the managers name after the movie. After I stood there and watched her play on her phone she finally looked over and she says "Oh, who is the manager," you mean right now?" "Like you want a name?" Oh, I'm the manager." All of the employees were on their phone every time we came out for something. She didn't even stand up to speak to me at the end of the film. No wonder movies are $6 they can't keep any business treating customers like this. We won't be back. I never leave reviews and I do realize that this is a college town but this is ridiculous!! Nice phone number to call it just rings and you can never reach a human to speak to. Don't waste your time or money. This used to be a great theatre. Go to Studio City. Customer service goes a long way. Do a better job on your hiring...

So they obviously have the new recliners which are a great feature as a whole, but unfortunately my phone got stuck in it after falling out of my pocket crushing it completely... The manager working the night of April 17th was horrible though! I asked him to turn on the lights so I can see it and grab it, then he walks in and says to not break his f*ing chair. Well I get quite turned off by that and tell him as I'm leaving to cool it off since we didn't break it. And I added he doesn't have to cuss at me about it. Then he calls me a liar and says he didn't say that, even though I had 5 people with me to say otherwise... And! AND! He says I smell like I'm rolling in alcohol even though I hadn't had one drink that night since I was out driving... So if this is what kind of customer experience that should be expected, then you've better turn around. Worst experience I've ever had...
Read moreVisited here a few weeks ago as I came into town to visit family. I am shocked at how rude the night manager was. During the movie I wanted to purchase some candy and was told sorry concessions are closed. I questioned why and was told because money has been counted and that's our policy. There were still many movies playing and I simply wanted to purchase some candy. I was given weird looks and when I said that I would be contacting management they didn't have a care in the world. Needless to say, we saw another movie later that week just not at this theater. I gladly recommend everyone go to the newer UW theater uptown and leave this one alone. Much better experience over there. Will never be back to...
