Due to use of manager power as neglect Not really professional when he wants a product for myself and wants to use pawn shop pricing this still does not give manager the right to use pawnshop pricing on personal buys this is not something tolerated and can hurt his business if this continues and is not done something about. I strongly suggest having a word with him about this before it gets out of hand I'm not the only one this has been done to and again a personal buy is that which means he can negotiate not set the price for an item that he personally is buying this is like him walking to my store and saying he has a $500 phone and wants $450 that's my offer cause of how low it sells and cause I'm a professional and me telling him and me saying this is my store and I'm the one buying it and I'm not paying no more than $100 cause this is a phone store and I pay the price by my store when this is a personal buy noe a store buy how fair would that...

This May be a good place to shop but if you’re looking to pawn or sell for a little extra cash in tough times don’t even think to go here. They don’t accept any older consoles and I mean older as in one gen behind the most current. Won’t take any ps4. I came in with my brand new ps5 just bought a few months back with a game and still in the box they offered 75$!!! They’re going for at least 4-500$ even used. I also brought my asus laptop I bought a year ago for $500. I know they look for the lowest price online so I checked before going in I checked eBay Etsy Amazon etc the lowest I could find my model was $155 on eBay and she said she “found one for 80$” so she refused to even make me an offer. The guys at the shop have always been very polite and courteous to myself and my family. I have been buying and selling things at their shop for four years now. I honestly couldn't imagine doing business elsewhere. They are always ready and willing to help in any possible way they can. They helped us tremendously when I had to shut down my trucking company due to health reasons. They even tried to help me find a driver for my truck so I wouldn't have to completely shut down, even though they were not going to benefit from it at all. I can honestly say that all the employees and the owner are top notch people. If you are in a bind, go in and be honest and straight forward with them and just see for yourself how much they care.
