The late night manager Jonathan should be fired. I was planning to get take-out from the drive thru 1 evening but I didnt get to do that. I have been commuting with my high speed on or off road stand up electric scooter for awhile now and because I was on my scooter, this nerdy looking tall dude with dark hair and glasses rudely told me that I needed to leave. He said I needed to be in a motorized vehicle in order to get service. This was at 1am at night so the lobby wasnt open I guess so really not much of a choice. I preceeded to inform him that my scooter was a motorized vehicle, that I drive in traffic, in the street, going 40mph. He replied by rudely telling me I needed to leave. I was so blown away by the lack of customer service the rudeness and was so upset. I went all the way back to my house and got in my car and drove back to the Taco Bell and ordered at the speaker and when I got up to the window I asked the guy who had just sent me away rudely telling me that I needed to leave because I wasnt in a car. I asked him a question. I asked him if I had a small car like the Kia Soul that I was in but that was electric would I get service? He immediately realized who I was and tells me , if it was a car yes. I said "ok , can you please tell me what difference it makes to him what type of vehicle Im in or what type of motor?". He says, its for your own safety because cars could hit me because Im not in a vehicle. I said cars could hit me on the street too but they dont , because I have head lights, tail lights , brake lights , and even turn signals. Matter fact the car behind me in your drive-thru saw me just fine but how is rudely telling a customer on a scooter who has done nothing wrong that they need to leave have anything to do with my safety? He just looked at me and kept looking off to the distance to whoever was working with him that shift that night. I told him he needs to figure out what customer service is because he was rude as hell and I told him I wanted the number for corporate and he went out of view for a moment and came back with a paper that had a 575 number on it telling me that was the number for coorporate. I asked him what his name was and he lied to me telling me it was Rudy but I didnt believe that after he gave me the fake # for corporate' as if I couldnt find the number myself online which I already did. The fact that he gave me the fake # pissed me off even more so i most definitely will be taking this issue all the way to the top. To make it even worse every time he would close the window to turn and talk to whoever, he would turn back with a little smirk on his face like he was getting the biggest kick out of the entire situation. Then even had the nerve to threaten to call the cops if I didnt want to leave lol. This was pure laziness!! Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I went thru the drive-thru when I arrived but nobody came onto the speaker and pretended to be closed so I went upto the drive-thru window, couldnt see a sign of anyone even after knocking. So i went around the entire store and never once could see anyone as if they were hiding, but there were 2 cars parked in the lot so I wound up following a car in that had pulled up and sure enough, there was the guy working the drive thru suddenly like he had been there all along. I went back to this location to speak with another employee who informed me that this kids name is Jonathan and he is supposed to be a manager at this store at night. This dide should be fired!!! This dude shouldn't even have a job anywhere near customer service let alone...
Read moreThis was the absolute worst experience I've ever had w/a restaurant. From the moment we pulled up to order, we were being rushed to give our order. While my kids were deciding, the gentleman taking the order kept throwing suggestions on what would be good in an effort to hurry us. When we arrived at the window, the card was swiped as we were handed 2 bags and the window was closed promptly as the card was handed back. We pulled forward to check our bag, and we're short 2 burritos +1 taco. We pulled in the drive thru line again because the lobby was locked, and let them know what had happened. Right away, we were told that wasn't true, that everything was packed, as if we were lying. The gentlemen (manager Ado(ms?)) stated he packed it himself personally. We told him we could give him the bags to check himself, and he stated he knows they were there so he 'didn't know what to tell us'. When we asked for a refund on the 3 items, he stated he could give us 1 taco but he KNOWS it was there. After going back and forth, he decide to give us 1 burrito and 1 taco. He eventually even gave us $1 back as well. I'm upset that it took so much to get our order but more of being...
Read moreI placed an order with the drive thru and got 4 burritos, 2 of them were cold and the other 2 were made incorrectly. I called to speak with a manager to get the issue resolved and after being interrupted while trying to explain what was wrong with my order I was told that 2 of the burritos come cold and if I wanted a replacement or credit I would have to drive back and bring the food back. I have had other instances where the food has been incorrect and they were more than happy to take my name down for a credit on the food to be replaced. I live quite a distance from this location but I stop by on my way home from work as its near my work. My orders here always get messed up one way or another and I understand mistakes happen but not working with a customer to resolve the issue and having a "sorry that's just the way it is" attitude about it is what left a bad taste in my mouth and what led me to leave a negative review. 3 stars for food because it's good but sometimes things are made incorrectly 1 star for atmosphere and service because of the...
