The food is pretty good but the customer service at the El paseo location specifically is just terrible. I have gone frequently since the shutdown because they have a drive though. I have had several pizzas made with incorrect or missing toppings. Then they get snippy when you ask them to repeat your order back to you, which they should be doing anyway.
Take into account that I am not a Karen, I am super polite because I know the job sucks. I am almost too polite, like a total pushover, they however are always curt and sometimes outright rude on the phone. It can be VERY difficult and frustrating to even get someone on the phone. I called the other day with no answer and had to call back 6 times over the span of a half hour for someone to finally pick up. Half of those calls sounded as if they were dropped on purpose. I assumed they must be super busy. The kicker? When I drove up 10 minutes later, there was not a SINGLE customer there. Just two cars parked belonging to the employees. To start, I placed an order that included wings and pizza. Kimberly informed me that the wings would take 40 minutes, which was fine, but when I politely asked about my pizza, she became visibly upset. Her reaction was completely uncalled for and left me feeling unwelcome. As someone who has frequented this establishment before, I can confidently say that this level of customer service was unprecedentedly poor. The management should seriously reconsider their training practices and ensure that all staff members uphold a basic level of professionalism and respect towards customers.
In conclusion, I regret to say that my visit was marred by this unfortunate encounter with Kimberly S. I hope that by sharing this experience, the restaurant can take constructive steps towards improving their customer service and ensuring that future patrons do not encounter...
Read moreI've been to this little Cesar's alot of times and I've never had to wait that long for a pizza.. today Aug 9th I went drive thru around 1 pm a young tall guy was at the window told me to wait 8 min for my order and to go around drive thru to pick it up or come inside to get it. As long I remember the workers bring the order to you if you have to wait... I parked and waited 8 min went inside the store no one comes up to the register they just look at me and continue working. Then here comes the guy tells me to wait again, he then walks outside takes like 5 min to come back inside and comes with a bag of food and a drink for himself while I'm there standing waiting for him to give me my food that has been ready for I don't know how long, another person that was in there was also waiting 10 min for 1 pizza and people waiting for him in the drive thru.
