Ikards Furniture — Attraction in Las Cruces

My fiancee and I had been searching for furniture in the Las Cruces area a couple months in advance of our expected purchase date. That being said we found nothing that impressed us and were contemplating going hundreds of miles to find quality furniture. Luckily we stopped at Ikards because my fiancee remembered hearing great things about the place but had never visited. From the moment we exited our vehicle the outstanding customer began because we were confused about the entrance, we were given excellent customer service! Lisa came to the door and greeted us and led us into the furniture showroom (they also have a second building for La-Z-Boys and mattresses). Lisa's customer service was the perfect blend of letting us explore, answering our questions, being attentive and giving us space to discuss our options in private. And, we actually found some furniture we liked that was of a high quality and in our budget! Lisa was excellent! After going to several furniture stores in Las Cruces, we were told it would take 4-6 weeks to get in stock delivery of a sofa and love seat if it was in their distribution center. The cost to deliver was a flat fee plus mileage to Elephant Butte. After sitting in 20 or so sofa/love seats only a couple were really comfortable. We decided to go to lunch then drive over to Ikards. We met Debbie their sales consultant and the first thing we asked was their delivery fee to Elephant Butte. It was a reasonable flat fee. We sat in all of their sofa/love seats and found them all to be comfortable. We picked out a set and delivery was scheduled the following week which was great. On the way home we received a call from their office manager Melecia asking if it would be ok if they delivered the sofa/love seat the following day! What service!! Their crew showed up on time and professionally delivered our new furniture. I highly recommend this company for your furniture needs....

I can't believe the people who shop here. Has anyone ever looked elsewhere such as the internet and compared prices? I was shopping for a leather LazyBoy recliner a year ago and found at least 5 stores that sold them for much less. If you want to see how crooked they are, look up on the internet and you will see their sales prices are actually MSRP. I bought my recliner from Santa Monica, CA, my price was $400 less plus no sales tax. Go to Ikards and sit on the furniture you're thinking of buying, once you have the manufacturer, model # you're all set. I hate seeing people being lied to and cheated.
